Ingredients

potatoes
onion
fat
salt
vegetable oil
flour
egg

Cooking method

  • Finely chop the peeled potatoes and grind in a blender or grater. Add an egg, a little flour, salt, stir. Fry potato pancakes in vegetable oil. Melt the finely chopped bacon separately, put the onion, cut into half rings, there. Fry until tender. Put on potato pancakes.
  • Potato pancakes can also be fried in melted lard.
