Ingredients

Farfalle pasta 200 g
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Green pea* 200 g
Smoked brisket 200 g
Tomato paste ** 3st. l.
Sour cream 2st. l.
Salt pepper taste
Vegetable oil 3st. l.
Green onions for decoration 1-2pcs.

Cooking method

  • To make the sauce: Dice the onion and fry in oil until transparent.
  • Add the diced brisket and fry for 3 minutes.
  • Add peas and tomato paste to the pan.
  • * The original recipe uses canned peas. I had a frozen one, I poured boiling water over it, left it covered for 20 minutes. There was not a lot of it in the finished dish, next time I will reduce it by half.
  • ** Instead of pasta, I had homemade canned tomato juice 100ml.
  • Stir, season to taste and simmer for 5 minutes, covered.
  • Add sour cream, stir and remove from heat.
  • Boil the pasta until al dente, discard in a colander.
  • Combine hot pasta with sauce, stir, garnish with green onions.
  • Farfalle is a butterfly-shaped pasta made from durum wheat. I hope that there are fewer Italians on our forum than Uzbeks and they will forgive me some liberties in the recipe.
