Turkey pasta

Ingredients

Paste 500g.
Turkey breast (chicken) 2 pcs.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Fresh basil leaves 20pcs.
Arugula 100g.
Fresh mint 2 twigs
Lemon juice (not used) 1 st. l.
Garlic 1 tooth
Olive oil 2-3 st. l.
Salt, freshly ground pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Boil the pasta until tender. Drain the water.
  • Finely chop the onion. Cut the breast into cubes, salt and pepper.
  • In a frying pan in olive oil, fry the onion and breast until tender.
  • All greens, pre-rinse and dry, put in a blender. There is also garlic. Grind to a state of medium-sized chopped puree. Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt and stir.
  • Mix the pasta with the turkey and greens.
  • Delicious!!! Moreover, the husband does not like either pasta or turkey, grumbled all the way until he tried it. I ate everything !!!!
