Beefsteak with egg in a sandwich maker (Steba)

Ingredients

ground beef 500g
lard (butter) 50g.
breadcrumbs 4 tbsp. l.
flour 1 tbsp. l. with a slide
starch 1 tbsp. l.
milk 8 Art. l.
eggs 11 pcs
bulb 1 PC.
salt, pepper, seasonings

Cooking method

  • Mix the bread crumbs with flour and starch, add salt, pepper, and your favorite seasonings. Add 1 egg and milk to the dry mixture, mix, leave to swell for 3 minutes. Add minced meat, bacon and mix well. Finely chop the onion and mix with 1 tbsp. l. starch and salt. Spread in 1 of two triangles first a teaspoon of onions, then minced meat (onions in starch will hold the juice and fat from the steak and fry in it). Close and bake for 7 minutes, open in the remaining empty triangles, put again 1 tsp. onion and top with a whole egg, cover and bake for another 6-7 minutes. Serve with the egg on top of the steak. It turns out juicy and tasty.

Note

You can simply fry the steaks without the eggs, then simply place the onion and minced meat in each triangle.

Mar_k, Marish, I used to make these in the oven and with quail eggs. But you don't want to drive the oven, and they get dry in the oven. But next time you can try with quail eggs - make a dent in the steak with a spoon and after 7-8 minutes pour an egg into the notch and bake. I would, but I have a blockage of my eggs, so I'm raking them.
