Ingredients

Kvass (still) 400 ml
Wheat flour 300 g
Rye flour 260 g
Sugar 1-1.5 tbsp. L. (I put 1 tbsp. l.)
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l. (25 g)
Panifarin 4 tsp
Agram 2 tsp
Dry yeast 1.5 tbsp. l.
Caraway 2 tsp
(you can up to 1 tbsp. l., or without it at all)

Cooking method

  • I want to offer my repeatedly tested recipe for wheat-rye bread with kvass.

Note

The result is a tall, fragrant, fluffy and sooo delicious bread!

Krosh, what kind of stove do you have? Such a recipe, with the exception of butter, sourdough and panifarin, is in the instructions in 255 Panasonic. I said in my topic that this recipe did not make bread from the instructions. You have a handsome one in your photo.

LaraN, I have Mulinex-5002. And I took the recipe from the leaflet from House-Bread, only replaced the water with kvass ... and that's what happened. By the way, without panifarin, bread according to this recipe turned out to be only a kaaapel lower.

I somehow tried rye from this leaflet, I don't remember which one, maybe even this one, of course, without kvass, but with malt. Nothing succeeded. I didn't take more recipes from there.

I did it according to a different recipe from the book for Panasonic-255, there the ratio of rye and wheat flour is different, there is more rye
