Ingredients

* Chicken fillet 1500 BC
* Flakes Hercules 1 tbsp. (approx. 100)
* Milk 250 g
* Bulb onions 2 pcs. (approx. 200)
* Garlic 20 g. (Option)
* Salt based on 6-8 g per 1 kg. minced meat
* Ground black pepper taste
* Breadcrumbs 100 g

Cooking method

  • Herculetes
  • Long-boiled oatmeal is poured with hot milk. I leave it to swell and cool.
  • In the meantime, I'm preparing the base. I pass the fillet through a large grate in a meat grinder along with onions and garlic. I add rolled oats, pepper.
  • I weigh it. According to the weighing results, I add salt.
  • I knead the mass well. It turns out to be sparse.
  • I divide into portions.
  • With wet hands I roll into balls (I got 32 pieces).
  • Then I put the products on a special tray from the freezer and put them there ..
  • I cook a part right away. Very tasty steamed herculets. Well, fried by default))

Note

Cutlets intended for cooking on steam do not need to be breaded !!!

We must try to make with rolled oats. Otherwise I always put bread crumbs. I wrap such things in a film with sausages, I bandage the edges and in the freezer. And then in a double boiler with vegetables. the last time I'm doing zucchini.
