Berry jelly (multi-blender Profi Cook PC-MSM1024)

Ingredients

Water 1l + 200ml
Corn starch 3 tbsp
Frozen raspberries 200 g
Sugar taste

Cooking method

  • 1. Pour water into a blender and put frozen and turn on 100 gr. Wait until it boils.
  • 2. Disable. Add sugar and beat until 4 speeds.
  • 3. Dissolve starch in 200 ml of water.
  • 4. Turn on the blender for 100 grams and when it boils turn on the impulse and pour the diluted starch through the hole in the lid. In this case, do not turn off boiling. After pouring the starch, turn off the blender. Leave to cool.
  • 5. When the jelly has cooled down and in order to remove the formed foam, it is enough just to beat it.
