Hummus in the multi-blender Zauber 580

Ingredients

Tahina (tahina)
Sesame 200g
Olive oil (preferably sesame oil) 4-5 l see by consistency
Chickpea 400 g
Sesame paste (tahina) 4-5 st. L. (did it myself)
Garlic 1-2 teeth.
Lemon juice
Spices (sweet paprika, cumin, coriander, black pepper, salt, a little saffron)
Olive oil 7 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Hummus, or hummus, is one of the most important dishes in the cuisines of the Middle and Near East. Hummus is popular in Spain, Italy and Greece. In other European countries and the United States, hummus is an important component of vegetarian diets. Mysterious hummus is a healthy dish with a unique taste that does not require much hassle to prepare. Hummus is a puree of chickpeas seasoned with olive or sesame oil and a variety of spices.
  • Hummus is made from large yellow chickpeas. Chickpeas are very hard, so you first need to soak them for six hours. Then rinse and cook until tender.
  • I soaked the chickpeas for 6-8 hours and boiled them in Shteba on Kasha 0.7 for 30 minutes. (Do not pour out the water)
  • Cleaned the chickpeas from the white film, so that in the future the consistency of hummus would be more tender.
  • Tahina (tkhina) can be purchased in the store, but I have not seen one, so I made it myself.
  • Warmed up the sesame seeds in Sauber and whipped into a paste with olive oil until the consistency of thick sour cream.
  • We put the chickpeas in a multi-blender, add spices, garlic, lemon juice, olive (or better sesame oil), and beat everything until a pasty state, adjust the density with the broth that we left after cooking the chickpeas.
  • The multi-blender, of course, whipped it up - grinded well, but the paste is thick and therefore it was difficult for him, for the sake of completeness I also modified it with a submersible blender.

Note

I decided on hummus, as I was planning on everything, but it seemed to me that I would not succeed.
Maybe, of course, I did something wrong, because I did everything according to recipes from sources such as the Internet and culinary magazines.
I will say one thing: it is delicious, with cakes it is generally wonderful.

Tahini is very easy to do. I was afraid of the same doyuyuzhe, but it turns out to be sooo easy, it's better to do everything with a submersible blender, I just wanted to use the multi-blender.

I really, really love hummus!
