Byuzumski potato soup (soup blender Tristar BL-4433)

Ingredients

potatoes 2-3 pieces depending on the size
carrot 1 small
onion-porey (white part) 100 g
celery (root) small piece
butter 2 tbsp. spoons
broth or water about 0.5 liters
cream 0.5 cups or to taste
hard cheese 50 g
dry white wine 1 tbsp. the spoon
salt, black pepper taste
shrimp or crab meat 100 g
greens taste
sugar pinch
garlic 1 clove

Cooking method

  • 1. Cut vegetables in any way.
  • 2. In butter in a frying pan, simmer onion, celery and carrots with a pinch of sugar.
  • 3. In the blender bowl we send potatoes, fry, fill with broth or water and turn on the soup-puree program.
  • 4. After the second blender, send all the remaining ingredients to the blender, leaving some of the shrimp for decoration, add the soup to the maximum soup mark.
  • 5. At the end of the puree soup program, switch to the puree program and bring the soup to a silky state.

Note

This soup is delicious. The more you add crab meat, the more pleasant sweetish flavor will be felt. This is my son's favorite soup now.
The original recipe is taken from the book "Delicious Potato Dishes" and slightly altered to suit my taste and our realities.

Asya Klyachina, I think you will not regret it. But it is crushing crustaceans that gives the soup a very tasty note. It seems to me that without this there will be an ordinary potato soup.

I made your soup, you really need to chop at least half of the shrimp. I also added small octopuses there. It turned out very tasty.
