Ingredients

oat flour 260 g
cane sugar 300 g
honey 35 g
margarine 200 g
cocoa 2 tbsp. l
vanilla sugar 1 tsp
cinnamon 1 g
salt 5 g
soda 5 g
water 125-140 ml

Cooking method

  • Knead the dough, add water at the end. The dough turns out to be tight, roll up balls the size of a walnut and flatten, if you wish, you can sprinkle with peeled seeds, I did a few for testing - it turned out very tasty.
  • Oven in the oven at a temperature of 180-200 gr. 15-20 minutes.
