Ingredients

DOUGH
Flour 2/3 cup
Eggs 4 things
granulated sugar 1/2 cup
bitter chocolate 50g
CREAM
Butter 200g
egg yolks 3 pcs
granulated sugar 1/2 cup
instant coffee 1 tbsp. l.
cocoa 1 tbsp. l.
vanillin on the tip of a knife

Cooking method

  • Beat the whites into a foam, and then, without ceasing to beat, gradually add sugar. Pour the yolks into the foam, quickly stir in flour, finely grated chocolate and stir again so that there are no lumps. Pour the dough onto a baking sheet lined with oiled paper and sprinkled with flour. Bake in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes, making sure not to dry out.
  • Roll the hot cake into a roll and wrap it in the same paper.
  • To prepare the cream, grind the yolks with sugar in a water bath, adding coffee, cocoa, vanillin. Cool and grind with oil until smooth.
  • Expand the cooled cake, spread it with cream, roll it again, coat with the remaining cream on top and sprinkle with chocolate chips
