Last night I rubbed the flowers in a mortar and poured boiling water over them. (Of course, you could break it with a blender, but yesterday I played Fairy, and the Forest Fairy cannot have a blender, so only a mortar). The color of the liquid became not at all violet, but some ..., in general, like a solution of brilliant green. Bright, intense. Then I remembered that I was not just a Forest Fairy, but a Fairy from the Bread Maker, so the Multicooker was used. She poured everything into Ourson's saucepan and put yogurt on the program for 8 hours. In the morning, the color of the infusion was like in the photograph in bottles. Dropped. I made syrup from some water, and the cake went into violet jam.
I left some of the syrup in a saucepan, added the remaining cake, fresh violet flowers. I boiled it a little, quite a bit, turned it into mashed potatoes with an immersion blender right in the pan, added a little lemon juice and put it in jars. Jam or confiture, or whatever you can call it, delicious!
And this ... And this will be violet liqueur. Lightly grind the flowers, add vodka and put in a dark place for two weeks. Remembering to stir! Then add the syrup and leave for a couple of weeks. Strain.
And this is my tincture of leaves, stems and violet flowers on vodka. For healing and technical purposes, so to speak
