Ingredients

Champignon 12 pcs.
garlic 1 clove
onion 1/2 head
olive oil for frying
breadcrumbs 1/2 tbsp.
lemon juice 1 tsp
salt taste
pepper taste
pecans (I have almonds) 1/2 tbsp.
green onions, bell peppers (I have grated cheese) for decoration

Cooking method

  • I deviated a little from the recipe, in the recipe the champignons are decorated with green onions and bell peppers, I sprinkled them with grated cheese. The original recipe is vegetarian, but I wanted mushrooms and cheese.
  • I did it for 8 mushrooms, but I didn't count the recipe, I made the rest of the mass like sandwiches.
  • 1. We take champignons, clean, carefully separate the legs from the hats Stuffed champignons
  • 2. Put almonds in a bag (pecans are not sold in our city), chop them with a kitchen hammer.
  • 3. Cut the mushroom legs and garlicStuffed champignons
  • 4. Cut the onion.
  • 5. We spread the hats with the recess for the leg down and send them to the oven (I do it in the microwave under the grill) for 5 minutes.
  • 6. Put the pan on the fire, pour in the olive oil. We heat up.
  • 7. Put the onion in the pan and fry until soft.
  • 8. Add chopped champignon legs, chopped nuts, crackers, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. If you see that the mixture is dry, add a little more oil.Stuffed champignons
  • 9. Stirring continuously, fry for several minutes.

  • 11. We send the mushrooms to the oven / microwave for 8-10 minutes. At this stage, I sprinkled them with grated cheese.
