Bulgur salad

Ingredients

Krupa Bulgur 150 g
Boiling broth 300 ml
Refueling
Liquid honey 1 tbsp. l.
Olive oil (vegetable) 3 tbsp. l.
Lemon juice 1-2 tsp

Fresh dill 1-2 tbsp. l.
Salt pepper taste
Vegetable salad:
Fresh cucumber
Tomato red
Sweet pepper
Pear
Green onion

Cooking method

  • Instead of broth, you can use homemade bouillon cubes, 2 cubes per 300 ml of water.

  • Place bouillon cubes in a saucepan, add water and simmer.
  • dip the bulgur groats into the broth, cook for 10 minutes under the lid, until the liquid has completely evaporated.

  • Preparing the dressing.
  • Mix liquid honey (preferably warm), oil, lemon juice, beat the mixture until smooth.
  • Add dill, mix gently. the number of components of the dressing take to your liking.

  • Making a salad
  • All vegetables - cucumber, tomato, pear, pepper, onion, cut into small cubes, season with dressing or just oil and salt, mix and let it brew a little.

  • Season the ready-made bulgur porridge with honey-dill dressing, mix, put on plates and serve.

Note

It turned out to be a very tasty and crumbly salad from bulgur wheat groats and vegetables!

Even a large amount of honey in cereals does not spoil the taste of the salad at all!
