Ingredients

We take:
Green apples (medium) 6-7 pcs.
Fructose (sugar) 2 tbsp. l.
Lemon 1 PC.
Butter 2 tsp
For sprinkling:
Wheat flour 1 tbsp. (from HP)
Fructose (sugar) 1 tbsp. (from HP)
Butter 150 g

Cooking method

  • - for the dough - three butter (from the freezer !!) on a coarse grater, sprinkle with fructose (sugar) and flour.
  • - we take two forks and mix everything thoroughly. The cooked crumb was removed to the refrigerator.
  • - peel the apples, cut in half and remove the seeds. Cut the prepared apples into large slices.
  • - grease the fireproof form with oil, spread the apples, sprinkle with lim. juice and sprinkle with fructose (sugar).
  • - For an amateur - you can sprinkle 0.5 tsp. cinnamon.
  • - Spread the dough crumb evenly on top of the apples.
  • It turns out that apples are baked under a tender crust, and the crumbs are soaked in apples. juice.

about 30 min.

Cooking program:

Bake in oven 180 C.

And I was prompted by the blackout:: using the fact that you can defrost the freezer, I found (like any thrifty housewife) pieces of dough - yeast, shortcake and cottage cheese all 100 grams each. I mixed this thing, laid it out as a pillow, cut apples on top (5-6 large pieces) lightly sprinkled with sugar. Remembering the recipe slightly (in the magazine Collection of recipes), but not having the opportunity and desire to look for it, I took muesli with raisins and seeds, ground it with 60 grams of margarine and sprinkled it on the apples. I baked something for about 50 minutes, looked at the bottom of the product, and when I liked the crust on the bottom, I turned off the oven (I baked in a glass form). I ate two pieces, I want more, but I can’t take it anymore Photo is unsuccessful (the batteries went down at the right time)
