Ingredients

Wheat flour for general use 500 gr.
Whole grain wheat flour (wallpaper) 63 gr.
Egg 1 PC.
Cheese "Mascarpone" 125 gr.
Gorgonzola cheese 94 gr.
Parmesan cheese 94 gr.
Water 215 gr.
Green onion feathers 3 tbsp. l.
Sugar 2.5 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Yeast "Saf-moment" (red) 1.5 tsp.

Cooking method

  • Sift flour. Add the egg, water, Mascarpone, flour, salt, sugar, yeast to the bread maker (in the order prescribed by the instructions).
  • Install 1 (main) program. Roll - 1 kg., Crust color - dark or according to your taste. Run the program.
  • Grate the parmesan on a coarse grater, chop the gorgonzola with a knife (as small as possible). Chop the onion feathers with a knife. Add these ingredients to the bread maker at the signal.
  • I do not like bread with a big hole from the mixer, so after the last kneading I remove the mixer.
  • The bread is expensive, but very, very tasty.
