Ingredients

Dough:
250g margarine
200 g of granulated sugar (sugar should be put, focusing on your taste and on the amount and acidity of cherries)
1 bag of vanilla sugar
3 eggs
250 g flour
1 sachet of Dr. Oetker's Caramel Pudding Powder (optional)
80 g ground almonds (peanuts possible)
1 bag of baking powder
150 g 15% sour cream or yogurt
4 tbsp. poppy spoons
500 g pitted cherries (300-500 gr possible)
Glaze:
200 gr white chocolate
175 g icing sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 tbsp. l. cherry juice (this is for a lilac color. You can leave the glaze white, then the juice is not needed)
Almond plates for sprinkling

Cooking method

  • Melt the margarine. Beat eggs with a mixer with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add margarine and sour cream. Mix. In a separate bowl, combine flour, pudding powder, ground almonds and baking powder and gently stir in the egg mixture and yogurt. Add poppy. Mix. Add cherries. (first, excess juice must drain from the cherry on a sieve). Mix gently. Grease the multicooker with vegetable oil. If there is, then put the Firebird rug on the bottom. Pour out the dough.
  • I baked on a rug, and I put in a lot of cherries, so I got a long baking time - 60 + 60 minutes. Open the cartoon. Let it stand for about five minutes without removing it from the saucepan. Then carefully remove and cool completely on the wire rack.
  • While the pie is cooling down, prepare the icing.
  • Break the white chocolate into pieces and melt in a water bath. Add powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon milk and stir until a thick, homogeneous paste is obtained. Add remaining milk and beat. Spread the icing on the cake while still warm and sprinkle with almond petals on top and sides ...

The cherries in my pie remain sour. Not like "gouge out", but sour.
