  • When cooking in the oven, add more water and cook over high heat for at least 3 hours. The dishes should be very tightly closed.
  • Serve boiled vegetables with the meat.
  • 2 kg of beef or pork, 1 liter of water, 1 onion, 1 carrot salt.
  • I have not heated the stove yet, there are cast iron pots, but why do I need a pressure cooker? Made in it.
  • She poured water, set the "steam" mode, turned it off 5 minutes after the pressure was set.
  • After relieving pressure, I laid the meat, carrots and onions, and added some salt.
  • On "Manual" - stage 1 - maximum temperature, 20 minutes. Stage 2 - 95 degrees, 1 hour, stage 3 - 80 degrees, an hour and a half.
  • The meat is soft and juicy! And a very dietary one.
