For the marinade:

Lime juice + crust 1/3 lime

Cream + sour cream 150 ml + 50 ml
Curry 1 tbsp. l.
Salt, white pepper taste
Basmati rice for garnish 2 multi-glasses
For cooking rice:
Cardamom 2 pinches
Barberry 15-20 berries
Salt taste
Lime juice + crust 1/3 lime
Salad:
Carrot 1 PC.
Cucumber 1 PC.
Red onion 1/2 head
Garlic 1/2 clove
Chilli 1cm tip
Sesame oil 2 tbsp. l.
Soy sauce 1 tbsp. l.
Vegetable + butter 1 tbsp. l. for frying

Cooking method
