Oatmeal with pears and honey

Ingredients

oat flakes 10 pp. l.
water 1 glass
milk 1 glass
salt pinch
pear 2 pcs
honey 1 tbsp. l.
butter 1 tbsp. l.
favorite nuts handful

Cooking method

  • An idea for a delicious summer-autumn breakfast. More precisely variations on the theme of several ideas.
  • Pour the flakes with water, milk, add salt and 1 pear grated on a coarse grater. Cook porridge (I cooked in a slow cooker for Milk Porridge for 15 minutes, but it doesn't matter).
  • During this time, melt the butter in a frying pan, heat the honey in it, caramelize the second pear, cut into slices (I cleaned the middle, but did not remove the skin). Add chopped nuts (I took hazelnuts, I think it would be great with walnuts or almonds too).
  • Put the porridge in a plate, on top a couple of pear slices in honey.
  • Bon Appetit!
