  • Beat butter with sugar, add eggs one by one.
  • Next, gradually add the flour, previously mixed with soda and salt.
  • We spread most of the dough in a greased form. Put 1/2 part of the chocolate melted in a water bath on top and make waves, mixing both layers.
  • Above the rest of the dough and waves again. We finish with a layer of chocolate - and again the waves ...

I wrote down the recipe while watching the TV program "Let's eat at home", when Julia was simultaneously preparing this pie, the salad of the same name and, in my opinion, duck. She explained everything very quickly and chaotically, so I could be mistaken with the weight of the ingredients. But it turned out to be a great cake-cake, so tender and airy!
Perhaps you should add flour to 150-170 g, then the cake will become more weighty in the literal sense.

The first time I melted 100 grams of chocolate, it turned out to be too much, the cake turned out to be all chocolate, because the dough is not enough. Another time I decided not to heat the chocolate for such a quantity of products, but grate it on a fine grater. The second cake was baked by doubling the products, but the chocolate left 100 gr. It turned out to be a real "marble", and very delicious.
