You can use any raskatochny machine (noodle cutter), take a walk on the topic and see which cars people choose and decide for yourself
It depends on what you want:
roll out only the noodle layer
roll out the layer and cut the noodles

From these considerations and choose

Thanks again, thanks to you (as always, a wonderful master class, and the whole keyboard almost dripped saliva from the pictures of dumplings), I decided on the main points and it seems that I have already come up with a gift for the New Year

Hello everyone. I really want to buy an Atlas noodle cutter, but I just can't find it. Help me please. Or persuade and recommend another.

if you buy it much cheaper on Amazon, the whole set with delivery will cost between 85-90 US dollars, you can pay from your ruble bank account.
Or choose here, in any case, any device in rubles will cost at least twice as cheap as when buying from domestic dealers.
It is better to take a set, because any additional device is not cheap if you buy it separately.
Good luck!
From myself - Cucina Pasta Set turned out to be a convenient machine, but you can separately purchase an engine for it. but it is more expensive than the device itself and often fails
what the fastidious Americans write there like, slides on the table because there is no rubber lining - is it really impossible in Russia to put an ordinary glove or a decent silicone mat under this garbage (excuse me)?
By the way, when you cut the noodles, the rug turned out to be downright salvation, because the noodles are long, they don't stick to the mat, and in general ... in principle, the set also includes a knife with two wheels for cutting ravioli - for convenience, let's say so ...
Wrong numbers, the set weighs 6 kg, delivery $ 85
goldenmedium
Oh, as they answered promptly, wow ... Thank you all very much. But if you choose between Atlas - 150 and Titania Empire, which one should you give preference to?

For some reason, Atlas is advertised everywhere in Russia and Ukraine, although the ravioli traditionally goes under the Cucina brand (I don't know why).
I also downloaded books, there is history, recipes, but it's all in English.
I'm happy with the set I got from Amazon.com, although there are both positive and negative reviews. Everything negative - this is my opinion - from crooked hands and the habit of the bourgeoisie everything ready to receive, well, we, the former Soviet, are used to fighting difficulties
It is difficult to advise, apparently, what our suppliers advertise is cheaper for them to purchase .. (Again, my personal opinion)
I know a person who works on a terrible-looking Chinese device made of dubious plastic .. nicho, happy ...
goldenmedium
So I have nothing against your typewriter. I just don't have an account in either a bank or a cup .... And there is no time to sit on the site (and I'm afraid). Yes, and disassemble, lubricate, reassemble, if faq, there is no one else.So I want to climb on the Christmas tree, and the fish yum-yum.
Black_cat
goldenmedium
To be honest, I don't have an account either. I asked friends who have accounts ... And I paid them in cash.
As for disassembling-sorting-lubricating - there is nothing to disassemble and assemble back, especially lubricate.
As for the advertised Atlas, on the Russian site - I just didn't like the ordering scheme and, again, the cost ..
Taking Atlas or Imperial - what's the difference? Until the noodle knives are dull, the device is virtually eternal and unpretentious.
Sorry if I offended you ..
goldenmedium
Nooo, not a bit! I literally admire people who can communicate with the network. I'm a tech nerd. The instructions put me into a stupor. I can only by typing. Yes, in the old-fashioned way, I think about orders on such sites, I'm afraid, suddenly a brat ... Well, then how can you make claims before, show .... Kura, in short. About the price, I agree, high. But there is little hope that it is not a fake. I ask what to choose because Atlas seems to have been used by a lot of people, there are reviews, but there are not enough reviews about the Empire. But I liked the site Lapsherezka more on organizational issues. So I am suffering ...

Much has been written about the Empire too. I am personally very happy with it. I have not seen any negative reviews.

I have an Atlas dough roller and a ravioli attachment for it. I am very happy with the dough sheeter, I use it all the time, but the relationship with the ravioli attachment did not work out, and recently I bought Norpro Ravioli Maker and Press on E-bey, I am delighted with it. Makes ravioli quickly and without much hassle. Recommend
And what is the price? I got lost in entih E-bey. Everyone writes that it is profitable to order, but I think, and something is painfully cool. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? This is a very hunting thing, especially because it makes cultural deepening in one fell swoop.
ladle
It cost $ 1-12, I don't remember more precisely. A very handy thing.
ewwa
I also bought myself a similar miracle of technology not so long ago. I am very satisfied. The dough rolls out thinly, evenly. Now it is a pleasure to sculpt dumplings, dumplings, manti, etc. But I have only one question. (Perhaps I am writing on the wrong topic, moderators forgive me) When buying a noodle cutter, such a roller for cutting dough was attached. I still don’t know what to do with him. Can anyone advise something. And then good lies idle.
Homemade noodles, ravioli and everything for making them
lesik_l
Adminim cuts the dough into squares and sculpts triangular dumplings - somewhere I saw her MK using a noodle cutter

Why is there a circle in the middle? and with this circle the rollers do not reach the table.

Ewwa, a circle, probably to cut circles for dumplings? And if you lower the handle towards yourself, then two side rollers will work, and you get dumplings, like Admin. IMHO.
ewwa
Thank you. I'll have to try this weekend. I'll stick dumplings, let's see what happens.
matroskin_kot
And yesterday I tried my "kitschen". I had it standing idle, but then I read a lot and decided to try it out. All is well, only my kitchen has nowhere to screw it. I had to screw it to the table in the summer kitchen. Well, I ran to and fro with the test. Sochi, but not hot. Mom sculpted dumplings in the house. Now I would get a knack for cutting mugs on the tape quickly and beautifully. Once I had such an adaptation, but it is evident that it was lost as unnecessary.
It would be nice to have such a rolling, so as not to screw it up - once, well, and an electric drive, so that it is two and the price is democratic is three. Does this happen?

This wheeled knife in case you buy a ravioli attachment - small, like postage stamps)) - So, this knife is used to cut a strip 14 cm wide, because.16 cm in the ravioli attachment is too wide)) Only my knife does not have such a circle. Anyway, this is the first time I see this knife with a circle in the center.

With this roller (without a round center-circle) I cut squares for dumplings.
First, I roll out a tape of dough, then I roll it along and then across it with a roller, and very even and identical squares for dumplings and other things are obtained, it remains only to put the filling and close the edges as here:

Only such a roller and other things for noodle cutters were sold in my kit, and not as a gift

* JOKINGLY * I also have a complete set, even with a ravioli attachment .. ugh, like postage stamps, I fill them during the manufacturing process with a pastry bag .. though. But I saw a lot of noodle cutters, both on YouTube, and in general in advertisements, everywhere the knife comes in a set .. but about how to sculpt gumentation with it .. hmm, thanks Admin, a valuable idea!

I use such a Tramontina knife, which immediately holds the edges of the dumplings together. Very comfortably. As for the pizza knife, like all knives, you must take from expensive and reliable ones - there will be less frustration

Panevg You are absolutely right - I have never seen a better knife for cutting and simultaneously pinching the edges.

Homemade noodles, ravioli and everything for making them
It costs 950 UAH.
The Spaghettizer is called Vinis VPM-2201C. This is the first time I've seen this! Who has it, share your impressions, please! Maybe I need it too?

I, though not "girls", will answer - I must say, quite a considerable price.
But, if you really want to ...
I foresee problems with cleaning the appliance after work, and also - why do they write on the website - store pasta in the refrigerator or freezer? Strange somehow ...

Everyone who bought on Amazon. com, complain that the motors are weak and burn out quickly
but a motor costs about the same as a manual unit
matroskin_kot
And I want Imperia pasta presto electric rolling But they'll kill me and kick me out of the house. Or first kick out, and then kill? And the chushkopek probably eats a lot of energy - this is what I say like Matroskin, I won't even want that, I want Sharpe's roster, as I had 20 years ago - but there are no more like that, real, Japanese. He is still alive, but the species is not marketable.

Matroskin cat, it weighs fifteen kilograms ... Well, according to the photo ... And then, making a lot of noodles at once is inconvenient - it's difficult to dry ...

Spire, you are mistaken, someone for a long time (I remember it very well, maybe 2 years ago) talked about a dough roll (in the relevant topic) with nozzles for noodles and ravioli (they spoke badly about the last nozzle), probably Kuller has this particular device in mind

Well, it was two years ago that I bought my Titania. In the underground. There were two of them. For 2000 rubles and 5000 rubles. The one for 5000 rubles was with the possibility of making ravioli. But then someone already took the expensive one from us, and it didn't work out. Well, I took it for 2000 rubles.

That is, buying a noodle maker with the ability to make ravioli is not a problem ... It's a problem to cook them ...

Quite a possibility, it concerned exactly that model ...
COOLER
I found just over 2000 with a ravioli suction cup.
In an internet store. There are still a bunch of all sorts of things.
Stopped the fact that you need to apply handles. There is no time for this.
HP - yes - fell asleep in 5 minutes - in 4 hours the result
Fast, tasty and not harmful.
It's also difficult, incomprehensible, not harmful and ... very tempting.
Shop dumplings are getting worse and worse.
Even those that are over 300 rubles are no longer very
So ... I think.
If there were dumplings for good efficiency and problem-free, I would not even think about it, I would buy it.
The sculpting process kills completely.
take a long time and eaten at the moment
Olympiad_M
Hurrah! So my dream came true and I became the owner of the noodle cutter. Made chicken noodles today - it really tastes at home. In any case, it seems to me so. I had another idea, to roll out the dough on Napoleon. But! Did not work out. The dough is greasy, the rollers do not grab it, but scroll, slip. That is, probably, this is not a device for oily dough, but it's a pity, such hopes were pinned. I like to eat Napoleon, but to roll it out - blrr. I also think that it should be suitable for rolling out brushwood.
NB.
Dear noodle experts, can you tell me if the ATlas Compack 08 0157 1200 Noodle Cutter has a noodle cutting device. In the description of the model, there is nothing about cutting noodles, they describe only rolling the dough. I made an order in an online store and now everything is in doubt. Wanted to buy Ampia 08 0150 1215 but they are not in stock.
lesik_l
All noodle cutters include a dough sheeter and a noodle attachment for two types of noodles. So don't worry
NB.
Lesik, thanks for the answer. Now I will look forward to the noodle cutter. I want to try rolling the dumplings dough. I even figured out how to make ravioli. I will roll out 2 sheets of dough and put the minced meat on one, and cover with the other. I’ll cut the ravioli with my grandmother’s cogwheel, which is already 100 years old. I’m looking forward to the noodle cutter now.
matroskin_kot
I bought such a thing, it is convenient. And the wheel, too.Homemade noodles, ravioli and everything for making them I do not break the layers of ready-made ravioli, but put them to freeze on a pallet, then they are normally separated. With a wheel - faster, and such - from the shape - they turn out smoother. Now I'm waiting for the harvester and the wheelchair attachment, but until it comes, the manual helps out.
NB.
And I am upset! Now I looked at the information on order fulfillment in the online store. The noodle cutter I ordered is out of stock. We will wait or order our relatives to search in Moscow. My dreams so far are unrealizable.

NB, in Moscow, noodles only in the Metro, in my opinion, are. When I was looking for my own, I found it only there.

I bought a Bekker larshare cutter, immediately tried it with my husband and were upset. They made thin noodles, so the machine does not cut completely, you have to manually separate each strip, tormented for 2 hours. Has anyone encountered a similar problem? How to determine the machine is defective or maybe they did something wrong themselves?

I bought a Chinese counterfeit Atlas for 580 rubles, compared it with the original for 6500, only the knives shine differently. I am very pleased. So, the instructions in English came to her: for 1 egg 100 grams of flour and no salt, water, etc., then they write how to bring it to condition: sprinkle it with flour, fold it in half and roll it out, gradually reducing the thickness of the layer. The noodle cutter is easy to check: insert a sheet of paper (normal for a printer) into it. If she cuts it, then everything is fine. And yet, for wide noodles in the dough, a little less flour is needed, and for spaghetti the dough is almost like thick paper. I do not dry out the layers. For 20 minutes the bread maker interferes with the dough, for 20 minutes I make noodles (from 500 g of flour). The noodles are amazing, do not boil over, do not muddy the water. And I began to dry it in a vegetable dryer (my husband got in the way of boards and baking trays everywhere, he pulled it out for me). It fits exactly 5 pallets.
Panevg1943
AUV, try supporting the roll of dough horizontally to the table surface. Should help.
Tronic
I'm just afraid to admit it, but nothing comes out of this rolling out.
I have PeterHoff, she tears dough sheets.

If a thick layer is rolled out, then at the exit it is so loose in the middle, if thinner, then it turns into holes.

Am I doing something wrong, or is my rolling out unsuccessful?

I was already thinking about the not tough enough dough, making a very tough one - everything is the same.

What do you advise?
matroskin_kot
Admin had a master class on rolling. We have to get used to it, I rolled a very soft cheburek dough yesterday. First, at the maximum, I roll a little flattened cakes, I had 20 pieces of blanks, at a time, I flattened them into a cake, first rolled them by 1 and sprinkled them with flour into a pile. Then, by 3, the same thing, if a softish dough, I fold it in three, as Admin showed, and I roll it. A couple of times, sometimes you even have to roll it by 3 - if the dough is soft, because if I reduce the thickness, it also breaks, and so gradually I have to roll it. I made my work easier - first, all 20 pieces - 1, then - 3, and then already 9. I have Kitchen, it seems to be worse than PeterHoff, because I had it before and skated better, but at my current-and clearance "curve" between the shafts. PeterHoff my kids ruined me - they dismantled, washed, and a mustache ... they could not collect and quietly somewhere else ... At least they confessed later, otherwise I was searched all ...
