Hello everyone, I look Temka has not been in the top for a long time, but I have a question: did anyone manage to dry the noodles in the form of nests? I constantly stick together, and if you twist the dried one, it can break, I miss the moment .. maybe there is some kind of trick?

someone managed to dry the noodles in the form of nests
Is it necessary? After all, it will still unwind during cooking!
Or when cooking:

maybe there is some trick
for example, wrap threads so that the twisted remains?

I dry noodles, but not quite in nests and I have a hand one, not from a typewriter.
I roll out the dough, sprinkle it with flour, fold it in several layers and cut it thin with a knife, then collect it in small piles and lay it out to dry on a waffle towel.

I forgot, I first put the noodles in a large colander and beat / sift from excess flour and only after that I disassemble into small heaps-nests.

Peace be with you bakers!

Right now, in the absence of pictures, I can’t justify how I’ll do it and take it off, but the nests have never crawled out during cooking, I make a pinch of 100 grams of flour and salt for one egg
Ikra
shade, be sure to take a picture, I beg you! I have never seen uncoiled nests. I can't do it, neither with my noodles, nor with the purchased ones. Is there a secret? I just can't live without this secret

Tatyana,
"Shura, this is not our method" (C)
Quoting from the link:
"Cook pasta should within the time indicated on the package.
........................
You can cook nests correctly and tasty in a regular saucepan. The main thing is that the bottom is wide. Gently dip pasta in boiling salted water so that it does not turn over on its side. Cook for no more than five minutes, then remove the prepared nests on a dish or baking sheet. "

And if the packaging says: "Cook for 12 minutes"?
This contradiction already speaks volumes from the very beginning!
And nowhere does it say, for example, that it is necessary to pack the nests one to one tightly, like saury in a bank.

And the link to the video says that you need to cook for 25 minutes like ...
Here, after all, the task for the suffering is to weld nests without unnecessary gestures. It is clear that you can shove each socket into a personal form, or wrap it with wire, cook it in this way and thereby preserve its original shape.
It seems to me easier to cook as usual, and then reel into the nest with a fork!

Then it is not worth buying the nests initially. Boil noodles or spaghetti and make a creative mess, I really don't think they will hold their shape after rolling.

So they are like "stuffed" there, and without everything, cook in time, as indicated on the package. After all, there are thin noodles, cooked quickly, what 12 minutes. The meaning is important that they do not "float" in the water, but lie at the bottom, and pour water flush with the upper edge. For example here

Although I think stuffed will be more interesting

I made homemade nests stuffed with this method in a skillet. Nothing fell apart, yummy

Irgata, I didn't boil the nests, stuffed the freshly rolled ones, and they did not stick together and did not fall apart, they really absorbed a lot of sauce, you could pour more boldly

Well, yes, there is no need to boil.
We make manti and lazy dumplings, raw dough and filling.
Well I gave a link to your example, which somehow did not go, probably
