People, today I will not master the whole topic.
Only on page 14 now.

Yesterday I saw a Fackelmann pasta machine in Metro.
It costs 140 grams ($ 17.5).
Somehow it's very good. cheap.
Who has a typewriter from this company?
How does she cope with the task at hand?
Nata333
I have one. And then my mother bought the same, but we still have 113 UAH. took. When buying it, you need to carefully look and twist it. There should be no rust, the gap between the rollers should be even, and note how easily the gap between the rollers can be switched (knob with numbers on the side). For me, she switches with a stride, but for my mother it is easy. And if you also have your hands in torment, and there is nothing to catch on ...
Yes, also ... maybe we had such a party ... I definitely have it (I disassembled it and saw it), but my mother's probably ... big stars with stamping defects if I find a picture, I'll insert it. The first thought was like in an anecdote "carefully file with a file," and then just smeared it. For such a price, the result was satisfactory. Basically I make thin noodles on eggs, and if also only on yolks. So take it, otherwise the more decent ones are 5 times more expensive
Here I found pictures. I took off the side cover.
Here are nice fixed stars, i.e. on fixed axles (those for cutting noodles)
Homemade noodles, ravioli and everything for making them
And these are big ones with notches. So they clatter during work, if the maximum distance between the rolls is set

Nata333 ,
thanks for the answer.
Tell me, are the noodles always cut to the end?
And what equipment does it have? Are there roller knives? (I suspect not ...)
Nata333
Roller knives? What is this for? Probably not. There are only 3 options to work with. All in one building. One is for slicing thin noodles (I like this more), the other is for wide, the third is for rolling out dough from 3 or 4mm to 0.2mm - you can see your hand through the dough.
And the noodles may not be completely cut if they are too raw, but this is in my opinion for everyone. Even when grandmother did it with her hands, she let the dough lie down for a bit, and then rolled it into tubes and cut it.
vishenka_74
And I’m probably slowly going crazy, I read a lot of magazines, and there in almost every issue it’s like lasagna cannelloni, I looked how many blanks in the store are bad, I read that lasagna sheets can be made at home, but it just seems, but I found the cannelloni for the first time, such a very budgetary recipe and decided
Serves 4: Knead 150 g flour, 1 egg, 1 table. tablespoons of vegetable oil, a little water and 1 pinch of salt.
I made the dough in HP, rolled it out thinly
Homemade noodles, ravioli and everything for making them
and wrapped it in a tube from the roll paper that remains after the roll from the printer ends, such a tube can still be taken from under the foil or other paper, but it seems a little larger in diameter, but this one is just what you need.
Homemade noodles, ravioli and everything for making them

the folded dough comes out well from the tube and the edges are stuck together
Homemade noodles, ravioli and everything for making them

Here's what turned out to be a few sheets of lasagna and 10 pieces of cannelloni, one of them is standing, the rest do not want to stand but do not stick together, I probably rolled it very thinly, that standing is a little thicker and I made it last, probably the dough is already dry.
In the morning I'll see what happens, and if I'm lucky, there will be a new dish on the weekend, I've never done this.

Good day! I read the entire thread and don't understand how I used to live without these wonderful things. I really want to buy, but I have one problem - the kitchen table is glass and thin. This is a dining room, nothing can be screwed to the surface of the working table at all due to the designer sides
in this regard, two questions:
1. if someone has rolling and cutting with email. driven, which ones and where did they buy?
2. a huge request to all owners of mechanical gadgets - please measure the minimum possible distance for attaching to the table (if this limitation exists).
I really need your help, otherwise the online stores cannot answer my question
I am very grateful to everyone in advance.

Good day to you! You have not written where you are from. In Moscow, the choice of electric cutters is frankly saying that it is not rich and that it is not on sale at the moment. I have a minimum distance to which you can tighten-1.5 cm, but I would not risk attaching it to a glass table - the noodle is a rather weighty thing-weighed-2800 g-suddenly the table will be damaged.
RybkA
I screw it to the windowsill, we have it made of granite chips, because the table is also round and the sides go down - it's not convenient, and there is no empty work surface
I have a FAKELMAN noodle cutter, there is a mount like in a Soviet meat grinder. You can clamp it to zero.

Girls-beautiful hostesses, I fell ill with this device too. (It looks like an epidemic ..)
I ask for help: does anyone know about this noodle cutter ..

Oh, it's like my noodle cutter! Congratulations!

Today I used the Petehof noodle cutter for the first time.
Cool!
Some questions arose.

My pen always flies out during rolling (everything is fine when cutting), it raises my nerves - horror! Anastasia, tell me, please, is it the same for you, or did I just unsuccessfully screw it to the table? (By the way, the glass table with a chopping board underlay withstood the screw with a bang).

And another question: do you know if there are other nozzles for this noodle cutter? There are 6.6 mm and 1 mm, i.e. very thick and very thin, but I would like something in between.

Girls, excuse me, we have already discussed it, but it’s urgently needed, I read 42 pages, but I don’t have time ... What is more reliable and more convenient Titania or Peterhof?

I have a peterhof. I am not very happy. One nozzle for pasta for two thicknesses - 6.6 mm and 1 (or 1.5) mm. I am missing something in between: 6, 6 are thick, and 1 mm are very thin. And other attachments for it are not sold. After three uses, something from the thin side seizes
Although other owners of Peterhof seem to be happy
Mate
Titania seems to have this problem too?

Titania
Noodle width 2.0mm and 6.5mm
Dough sheeter roller width 140 mm
The thickness of the rolled layer 0.2-2.2 mm (6 positions)

Petrhof
Width of noodles 1.5mm and 6.6mm
Dough sheeter roller width 140 mm
The thickness of the rolled layer is 0.5-2.5 mm
ilarissa
Mate, I have 6.6 and 1 mm in Peterhof, maybe 2 mm will be twice as good? ...
1 mm, in principle, is good for noodles, but alas for spaghetti.

No, my pen does not fly out. And since it flies out in one nozzle (for rolling), but not in the other (when cutting), then it’s not a matter of attaching to the table, but in the attachments themselves.
No, as I understand there are no other widths.

Dear NatalyAN! You bought a noodle cutter in Promaster, as I understand it, 18 cm. Please tell me how you like the quality of this noodle cutter and what is the form of payment in this organization? And then it says "At the moment, the only way to pay for the order is available", but which one is not specified. I kind of read the terms carefully, but I didn't find any information about the warranty and warranty service. And then suddenly the defective one gets caught - what to do then?
Thanks in advance for your reply

Was today in the Metro on Dorozhnaya Street, there is no Titania for 2000 rubles ... There are only models for 6500 rubles, but it's too expensive ...

You know, here someone wrote earlier, in the summer, it seems that near the Medvedkovo metro station, in a small household store, Peterhoff dough sheeters are sold. I drove at random, having absolutely no idea where exactly this store is located, and three months after reading the information, and - I bought it! The price is about 800 rubles. Excellent machine, I am very pleased and thank you very much to the one who shared the information!
True, you need to ask the sellers where your noodle cutter is, otherwise the store is small, and the assortment is huge! And it is located in a small shopping center (there are food and other goods in different pavilions), which you run into right when you exit the metro. You enter and immediately to the right. Alas, I don't remember which exit from the metro! But if you dig into the topic, you can find a message, it seems the author wrote there.

I don’t know if I’ll help anyone, it seems like this machine ...
I have a manual one, twisting is dreary, and not convenient .. I would like to have both hands free for the convenience of working with the dough .... I wonder if someone has already purchased something like that?
vlad1252
Today I bought a Peterhoff noodle cutter. Ordered in three bears. What can I say: the quality is creepy. No, of course everything works like that, turns, but ... you need to disassemble, and redo everything. The Italians' products seen live (Atlas 150, and others) are simply a masterpiece by comparison. True, their prices are an order of magnitude higher. Of course I expected the worst quality, but not to that extent. If I had seen it live before ordering, I would not have taken it. Now I will try how it works in general. I am writing for someone else who chooses: If you already know for sure that you will use it for a long time and often, take expensive Italians. And Peterhoff and other China will go to try.
Yes, probably the quality of the finished products will suit me. But all my life I have been working with metal and technology. Therefore, I will be picky about the quality of processing, assembly and other things ...
Mate
We also recently bought a Petrhof striped. ru for 1200, I am insanely happy. And quality and process and finished products!

Vlad, but still you try to start. I use this Peterhoff-and you know-like it. I did not find anything so terrible in him. And I saw the Atlas live in METRO-SS, well, but to really fall from delight, there was no such thing. I did not disassemble Peterhoff, there was no need, if I had asked my husband, he would have disassembled, he also works with technology all his life, but there are no complaints, and therefore I act according to the proverb "do not interfere with the mechanism to work." I look forward to your impressions of the work of your noodle cutter.

The designs are exactly the same as that of Peterhoff and Atlas. Everything works fine, performs its functions. Why to redo everything is unclear. There are no burrs on the metal, the gears do not creak or seize. Shines. What else is needed?
ilarissa
And I also bought in three bears and am not happy with the quality. The 1 mm noodle cutter no longer works (I used it 4 times), it just does not spin, it was dismantled - the problem is in the gears. Maybe there is a fake Chinese

And my noodle cutter Peterhof from Three Bears. Already two years like mine. I can't say that I use it very often, but it doesn't stand idle either. In my opinion, everything is fine. At least for now.
vlad1252
It seems that Peterhoff is really different to Peterhoff So yesterday I did not try it in practice, but I describe my own: There are small shells in the metal on the rolling shafts. Depth and diameter up to half a millimeter. Six pieces. During operation, the gears emit a rattle-roar, in addition, when trying to turn the handle of the dough sheeter in the opposite direction, it wedges tightly. I'm almost sure that it will jam when working with time. The reason is the large backlash of the gears, they get skewed. The handle does not fit well into one slot. The shafts of the noodle cutters have a radial eye play of 0.5-0.6 mm. How critical it is when I work. Well, in general, something like that. I'll try to take photos ...

Or maybe the user is different? It works for me - and thank God. What I expected from the noodle cutter - I got it. And so ... I'm a typical user. Perhaps my noodle cutter has the same drawbacks as yours, but I didn't look too closely. Works - and glory to her. They say that the best is the enemy of the good. But I am looking forward to your photos and, most importantly, testing the device in action.
ilarissa
vlad1252, everything is the same about the "rattle-rumble" and "wedges tightly", + "the handle does not fit well into one slot", and flies out of the second, which is not surprising - it is completely broken

And you didn’t examine it when you bought it? If I saw dents and shells on the shafts, I would immediately refuse to take one! And of course it was necessary to turn the mechanism with the handle right away, at least a little. I never buy anything without checking.
It remains only for the time being to write off the fact that any manufacturer of any equipment has a certain percentage of rejects and your noodle cutter got into this percentage.
vlad1252
(Anastasia) They brought me to work, picked them up in a hurry, on the street, what kind of check there is :) Usually I look quickly, the main thing is to take a check, and discuss the terms of return. So I returned 4 tires, no problem.

Today I finally got to her darling.
Homemade noodles, ravioli and everything for making them
I will try to describe everything in detail, maybe even too much, but maybe this report will help someone far from technology. And I repaired it with only a screwdriver, a knife, and what is in any house.
As practice has shown, the shells on the rolling rollers do not affect anything, although I was afraid that the dough would stick in these places.
Homemade noodles, ravioli and everything for making them
With the nut under the thickness selection knob, you can adjust the switching force (someone wrote here that the handle is very tight) just unscrew the nut a little, and then fix it in the desired position with, for example, nail polish. Unfortunately, I have a big problem to remove the cover of this handle. I removed with a knife blade (not a sharp point), resting the blade against the joint, and prying the cover.
Homemade noodles, ravioli and everything for making them

A common breakdown is jamming of the noodle cutter assembly. This is due to the gears that warp due to the strong gap between it and the washer that fixes it. Sharpening or picking up washers (gaskets) to eliminate backlash is not the only solution to the problem: I took ordinary threads and wound them tightly, saturating them with glue between the washer and the gear. It keeps super, the gear is like a glove. Three out of four dangled. The photo shows white threads. (Of course, to get to them, you need to remove the side cover by unscrewing the screw)
Homemade noodles, ravioli and everything for making them

I will not write about the sounds from the rolling part, there are poorly processed gears making noise (there is somewhere in the subject of the photo), you can remove and grind, but not necessarily, it does not affect performance. By the way, they are on the thread, so do not turn the knob in the opposite direction - they unscrew and jam the shafts.
After that he started testing.
The dough was made in a Panasonic SD 255 bread maker according to her noodle recipe.
It rolls out perfectly, everything is smooth, I liked it. But the trouble with cutting is, it doesn't cut it. The dough from the bread machine is, of course, soft for noodles, but when rolled with flour to a very hard state, it did not cut through to the end.
And here is the main and irreparable problem of this noodle cutter, and I suspect many inexpensive ones: The quality of the fitting and processing of the shafts that cut the noodle dough layer. The shafts must be grooved into each other very accurately, without a gap, and have sharp edges. Mine clearly shows the gaps between the edges of the shafts, the edges themselves are uneven. In some places about half a millimeter of gaps And this is no longer fixable by anything.) Unfortunately, it was not possible to photograph. I think when buying, you need to pay attention to this first.
Well, the result:
Homemade noodles, ravioli and everything for making them

I cut with a knife:
Homemade noodles, ravioli and everything for making them

In general, I solved the most hated problem of rolling the dough for myself, but I am not satisfied with the quality of cutting the noodles. Maybe not everyone has such a problem, but it is imperative to look at the shafts when buying. There is a possibility, take all the same Italians for better quality.
I hope my information will help someone in choosing or using this interesting machine

I also took Peterhof in "Three Bears" 2 months ago. And the "symptoms" described by vlad1252 and ilarissa are present. True, while she rolls and cuts.
But the number of defects in this particular store is alarming. Interestingly, does this only apply to noodle cutters, or do they have all the goods like this?

I also ordered several products from the three bears, the girl from the store was extremely nice on the phone, she found out a bunch of details for me, although mostly not at my request, but because of a replacement, missing product. I also ordered silicone mittens and a colander - Italian, of which there were none, they offered, well, exactly the same in appearance, only China - I refused. I also ordered a kitchen scale, German. The model I was interested in was also not there, others suggested, I agreed. And to my question, why are they in the catalog, if, according to your words, such a model is no longer produced, she gave a very strange answer that everyone likes them, so they left them in the catalog in order to offer a replacement later. ... I am happy with the scales

After this description of the order and purchase, it seems to me personally that they are selling there an outright marriage and re-grading - well, how else to call a Chinese product made by a copy of Italian and at the same time PROBABLY (ilarissa is it so or not?) -nobody lowered the price for china? So they sold it at the Italian price? And I have a great suspicion that Peterhof is also Chinese there.I can take a picture of my Peterhof noodle cutter, you can try to compare the quality of the packaging (box) of both Peterhof, since for me it works absolutely fine. It's just a little offensive for normal producers when they are copied in this way and, accordingly, damage their image. After all, if you read about the Peterhof firm, it not only produces noodle cutters, but also a lot of things for the kitchen and for a long time. By the way, I looked at the photo in the Internet-shop "Three Bears" - there are photos of different noodle cutters attached to the name of Peterhof and not a single one of Peterhof itself.
Peterhof (Austria)
The Austrian trade mark Peterhof has been well known to the Russian buyer for 5 years, primarily due to the ratio to the offered products. The assortment of the Peterhof trademark includes over 800 items for the kitchen. Almost all offered products are made of high quality 18/10 Rost Frei steel (kettles, crockery sets, openers, cutlery sets and much more). Peterhof brand products meet the most modern requirements and are able to satisfy the most demanding customer. All products are certified in Russia.
Here is the site that I have listed on the noodle cutter box
vlad1252 Well, so as not to guess why the dough did not cut through, please write the exact recipe for the dough you used to make the noodles - then it will be clear that the fault is a poor-quality machine, or it was still possible to add flour.

On my box in Russian translation is like a noodle maker
Inside was enclosed a cardboard Servis Card in English and German for use in EU countries. There is also a black and white glossy piece of paper (such as instructions) in English with disgusting quality photographs. It contains the website of the Austrian trading company Megre & CO. Ges.m.b.H International Trading, which (according to information from the site) represents interests, including peterhof.

And now the coolest thing - I have a 1 mm noodle cutter, model RN-1602. So it is not on the Peterhof website at all I should have seen it earlier

Mate
vlad1252, my handle also tightly switches the thickness, but then I got used to it, and then began to roll out several sheets of 7, then 5, etc. I didn't want to cut it, I made dumplings, and there the dough is soft.
How much did you buy your noodle cutter for?
Lydia
About the fact that the dough is not cut through to the end. For some time after the purchase, it was about the same when working with the noodle cutter. And somehow it turned out that all mine went somewhere, and I was left alone and could act in a calm atmosphere. When my HP made the dough, I rolled it, dividing it into pieces, to the desired thickness with the addition of flour and ... I was distracted by something else (it is clear to what - I jumped "for a minute" to my computer). The rolled dough was dry and cut very well. Moreover, those layers that were rolled out last, cut a little worse.

What an active topic
I am answering the questions:
1) I took the dough recipe and the kneading mode from the instructions for the bread maker:
450gr. flour
0.5 tspsalt
3 eggs
110 ml. water.
2) took a noodle cutter for 1300 rubles.
3) When cutting the noodles, I tried different options: I repeatedly rolled it with flour, making the dough very dense, and dried it to varying degrees (up to the moment when the noodle cutter was already crumbling it). Believe me, I spent a lot of time and tried all the options. It's about the cutting shafts. Well, there shouldn't be any gaps. By the way, while searching for information on noodles, I came across the facts of using it to work with plasticine (artistic plasticine), and the most interesting thing as a shredder machine for destroying paper (cuts it into noodles) And after all, they say they successfully cut it. Can you imagine how the cutting shafts should work? I, too, put in a sheet of paper - at the exit there was just an accordion, somewhere cut-torn. By the way, a good test to check the quality of cutting. I take a patent Request to the owners of Italian noodle cutters, try to cut a sheet of paper, and write the result, well, very interesting.
The look of the box in Anastasia's photo shows a radical difference from mine. Let's try to photograph boxes from Peterhof, and a review of her work, I think there will be some kind of result ...
Anastasia
vlad1252

I also know about plastic for art work and the use of a noodle cutter and, in principle, I believe, because when this plastic is in work, it has the consistency of plasticine and there is nothing unusual in the fact that the noodle cutter does not take it. That's when the plastic is then baked at the end of the sculpting, then no noodle cutter will take it. As for the paper - voila - look at my paper noodles from NORMAL Peterhof

But the fact that your box is radically different from mine is alarming.
So after all, you have either a marriage or a fake, and a normal Peterhof is no worse than the Atlas!
I bought mine in an internet store a noodle cutter. RU
The dough, in my opinion, is too liquid for noodles! Try the recipes from this thread to make-the recipes are collected in the first post of the topic-these are proven recipes of members of the forum.

The fact that China is understandable, not the Austrians themselves with their standard of living will do them, they do almost everything in China, but a factory built by Austrians in China is one thing, and a Chinese artel sculpting a product similar in appearance with the same brand.
