The program is terribly long, there are a lot of climbs and crunches, not a single program has come across this yet, although I am a "teapot", of course)))

I will try everything in a row, however, I will have to think over the weight - in program 11 Cupcake model 6002 there is a choice of both weights and crusts ... well, the crust is garbage, but the weight ... well, let's think! In the meantime - take and do not throw tomatoes if something goes wrong))
Immediately the question is - is it possible to make the cake (and indeed baking) even on the surface, without getting into the HP and without leveling the dough with your hands? For some reason, I always have one edge lower than the other, if you do not intervene ... Probably, there are no such problems in yeast-free dough, since it is the consistency of sour cream. And in yeast?
