Anastasia, so 64 grams is not enough !!! At this temperature, nothing will cook.
it was necessary to put on the languor 88 g and for 4 hours.
you need to put more time on 0.3.
if you don't like something, take it to the service, let them check it.
Loksa
Fantik, I would try to turn on the prog machine, that is, soup 0.7 30 minutes, and watch it at the end. And only then decide.

Yesterday I didn’t have enough hands to take Shtebochka out of the car, now the husband is floating with her in an embrace through the puddles. I will start, naturally, with the treatment with lemon water (my technique should have a current "my mucrobes"). But further .... I know that the "byaka" but the incredible non-teplyachka disassembles my husband bought a Cherkizovskaya spatula pickled in a vacuum (I don't have that device yet). Put on 40g for 2 hours, then 6? 7? 8? hours for 65g? Pralna?
Masinen
Catherine, put on 63-65 hours at 7-8. It all depends on the thickness of the piece of meat.
molekula
I drove it with lemon water, put the spatula on 40g. for 2 hours. First impressions, no more complicated than Land Life, all programs are intuitive, the valve is like a native
molekula
Maria, the thickness of the meat is approximately 5 cm, I put it for 8 hours (I will sleep well at the same time) if I need less, I wake up and turn it off
molekula
FFSE .. I do not go back .. I put it at 8 o'clock. 64gr. if it goes wrong, I will fry it and give it to my husband like: this is how I eat in Europe and I followed the recipes
a bunch of excuses: dashing trouble ... not gods pots ... and so on. The main thing is to remember the right thing in time
Masinen
Catherine, well, how did it happen !! I'm waiting for the report!
molekula
got it !!!!! very tasty, the meat is dense, but rather soft, my husband really liked it (it's generally hard to please him on the meat). In the night I put another "byaka" shank of miratorgovskoy in a ready-made marinade

Masinen, Mashenka, hello! And I have a problem with the Shtebochkinoy cover - it's really a problem ... Since May 2015, I have it - it has always worked properly! We do not like it in her ...
And suddenly! At first, something began to rumble and roll in the lid.
The husband spun it up - there the screw rolls around ... It broke off along with a piece of red plastic. Since it is one of 4 or 5 there .. we decided to hold on ... but now the lid will NOT be able to hold evenly ..
Today I couldn't open the lid at all - yesterday I was cooking chicken liver pate under pressure ... after it had cooled completely ... I wanted to open the lid. But she doesn't turn and that's all .. I looked into the "EYE" - and it was half-closed ... with a little white film ... I had to adjust the eye with a wooden stick and only after that they opened it ...
What to do. Now I am writing a letter to Yulmart ... - maybe they will answer something.
Girls who have experience of cap exchange. Please advise!

I melted my lid a little on gas, so I didn't think about replacing it, but just ordered a new one for maximum comfort. By the way, it has been lying with me new for a year and a half, and I am still using the melted one - it is in working order, opens / closes, holds pressure. And - yes: something is rolling inside it too.
mamusi
I love the shtochka very much and am always very careful with her. I open it smoothly, rinse the valve, make sure that the lid does not warp ... And suddenly this!

The float valve may be clogged. I would take it apart and rinse it thoroughly.
Larssevsk
Margarita, this piece of red plastic, together with a screw, can be glued back onto superglue (this is in case you are too lazy to exchange the lid)
mamusi
Biryusa, Olya, we regularly disassemble and wash. That's just the point that nothing is clogged. After serious meat dishes, the husband always unscrews the lid and rinses everything with soap and a brush - very carefully. She still lies disassembled and dries on a towel! All clean ...

Larssevsk, Larissa! : girl_red: I doubt that this can be done when the part is ALWAYS under load. As in this case (when you turn the lid, it will still break off))
mamusi
No! I'm not too lazy to bother with the exchange ... if at all possible to change ...

Or, if they don’t change, we will buy a new cover ...

Biryusa, Olya, how much did your lid cost on Comfort?
Biryusa
The red overlay on the lid has only a decorative function.

Sorry to answer. Now the lid there costs 1500 rubles

Yes, I don’t know, if this is that bracket with two plastic pimples, which is glued to the inside of the lid and which I think about, then there’s no load. But it broke off on one side and because of this the valve did not close and I changed the lid through an official distributor, but now I think that I could have glued it back and not bother with the exchange

I bought it in the summer of 2014, then it cost 900 rubles + postage. Now I don't remember exactly its price, but it seems 1200-1300 rubles, you have to look at the site.
mamusi
Biryusa, Ol, I don't think my husband is such a "fool". He understood everything about the cover. He has a technical education. And he generally has "hands" and "brains" ... The lid is attached to the main one from the inside .. And, in any case - we turn the black handle ... and it is attached to the red part ... In general, over time swinging ... that screw - lies in a glass on the shelf ... and another one rumbles inside - apparently!

Thank you very much, Olya, for the information. I'll go and see the prices. And I wrote to Yulmart, I'm waiting for an answer.
mamusi
Margo31, Julia, thank you! The price is acceptable, in my opinion, for Shteba - if the answer from Yulmart is negative.

... No - there is not a "pimp" - but screws around the perimeter inside the lid, which carry some kind of load ... I myself did not climb there - I am not a "techie" (I am not friends with a screwdriver) ...
But the husband unscrews everything, washes, dries, twists ... And this screw was one of FIVE or six ... perhaps there were some important fasteners. I do not delve into ... He is on it.
It's just that he doesn't correspond with YOU, girls! And I - YES! So I'm writing! Complaining ...
And he only said - "IT IS NECESSARY TO CHANGE" ... And he wrote a letter to Yulmart.
(a serious person !!!)
Larssevsk
Means not that. I have a very small part fell off. But I was very upset. Then there were no caps on sale yet. This is now a question quickly resolved

Margarita, if you change, then only by return.
Those 1 Yulmart will not change the cover.
It was easier to order a new cover.
mamusi
Masinen, Masha, do you mean the FULL exchange of the entire multicooker?
mamusi
Larssevsk, Laris, no, we don't have this ... not such a thing fell off ... Bliiiin
Girls, thank you for the pictures, you are so responsive DON'T GOT TO upload ... I'll show my husband in the evening - let him explain to me WHAT exactly has fallen off with us ... they unrolled it themselves, repaired it themselves, attached it ... and I'm dark. Thank you!

Well, we mean this option. But still, Cartoon is still under warranty. There should not be ANYTHING to fly off with careful use ... it's a pity so ...
Masinen
mamusi, yes, change the complete set.
More precisely, they do not change, but make a return.
Try to write to Comfort, maybe they will only change the lid.
mamusi
Biryusa, Olya, I followed the link to page 268 - I looked at the pictures ... right now my husband is not at home ... I did not see how and what he was sorting out there ... But he told me on the phone - It should not break! Should not fly off! And that's it!
This is what he motivates and explains to me in "simple words":
"-A broken piece can get somewhere and something to stop the thread, for example, as in our case - to interfere with closing (or opening the float for steam))) ... I don't know ... I can't figure it out ...
But in any case, a VERY useful experience is laid out in these photos.)))
Masinen, Masha, we will wait WHAT Yulmart will answer, then we will write to Comfort, of course! Thank you for your help.

Ritul, maybe I'm not a big deal, but I will repeat: I have some broken off part for a year and a half already floundering inside the lid. I cannot disassemble this cover - it was just the place where the handle was attached to the cover melted, there just a monolith formed, nothing snaps off and does not twist. When this dangling piece gets stuck somewhere and stops rattling, I will think that it can stop something. Until then, everything works. But perhaps I am so calm because I have a new "zero" cap.

Well, yes ... well, yes ... and in general you are probably not such a PANIKERSHA like me!
And yet, I am now without Shteba IN ANY WAY ... I just got used to her. Some dishes are only in it! (Well, plus I have little Panasik in her pair ... and somehow an excellent tandem ... it turned out: 0

If nothing is forcibly vented, the lid will not clog.

Yeah, there is.
And just the other day it was very tightly closed and opened. I twisted the lid straight with effort. Well, I think, here it is, a reason to make out
And she got scared and again closes like clockwork. Maybe this screw there interfered with something, and even stopped.

I haven't come here for a long time, and then Temka was waiting for me. We also took apart the lid a couple of weeks ago. It was bryakalo and rolled in mnu for a long time, but lately the saucepan has periodically released the pressure during cooking, I wrote here, so we decided to check. In general, we have there almost all the bolts crumbled in the fasteners and that's how Larssevsk has it too. In this case, the lid did not fall even once. It is believed that the temperature of the plastic crumbles. We glued this thing with some kind of plastic on superglue, my husband was doing something there. As a result, I still dropped it until I changed the gum. It turns out that the gum has outlived its usefulness in 2.5 years, although in appearance everything is ok with it.
But yesterday I had another problem, it looks like we need to look for a replacement lid, or maybe buy a new saucepan, because this one already does not work. I now have a valve that turns open / closed began to poison during cooking. That is, the pressure is collected, and he whistles and lowers and more and more. In general, it's dull to cook somehow. I already took off, squeezed it harder, and the soap lid this way and that. Looks like something does not hold there already, because after being prepared for hot, it just falls off itself.
Masinen
Playful, Oksan, you have one option - buy a new cover))
