Ingredients

Flour,
knead the dough until it stops sticking to your hands,
do not put all 400 at once,

Margarine
(or 50/50 with butter)

Fresh yeast
(or 10 g dry)
50 g
Soda 1/3 tsp
Egg 3 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Knead the dough without sugar and refrigerate the dough for several hours.
  • Add 150-200 gr. Sahara. Knead again and divide the dough into 2 unequal parts. Roll out a larger part and transfer to a greased mold. Place the filling and top with the remaining dough. Pinch the edges. Top can be sprinkled with crumbs from any cookie.
  • Put in the oven.
  • FILLINGS:
  • LEMON - 1 lemon, 1 apple mince and add sugar to taste. (about 100-150gr.)
  • PRUNES - gr. 300-400 prunes mince add sugar. It will be very tasty if you add chopped nuts
  • Dried apricots - it is advisable to boil dried apricots in a small amount of water (100gr) for 5-10 minutes, depending on the variety, mince and add sugar.
  • The filling should be soft and easy to spread. I dilute with tea. You can use syrup or just water.
  • The filling can be any - apples, cottage cheese, boiled condensed milk or just jam.

Cooking program:

I bake at 220-240.

Scroll dried figs (~ 300g) through a meat grinder. Add either water or syrup from any jam. The filling should be soft and easy to spread over the dough.
