Mazurka cake

Ingredients

Wheat flour 1 tbsp.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Egg 2 pcs.
Nuts, chop with a knife 1 tbsp.
Raisins, can be soaked in cognac or rum 1 tbsp.
Soda, quench with vinegar
or 1 tsp. baking powder.
0.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with sugar until they increase in volume and a light foam appears.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients carefully.
  • Bake on a baking sheet with baking paper or foil at 200-220 degrees until light brown.
  • Willingness to check with a splinter.
  • Do not open the oven for the first 15 minutes. Cut hot.
