Gelatin 6-7 tbsp
Salt 3 tbsp. l
Sugar 5 tbsp. l
Vinegar essence 1/2 tsp for each liter

Cooking method

  • In 0.5 liters. soak water for 1 hour gelatin. Boil water with sugar and salt, add vinegar and soaked gelatin.   • If you cook for long-term storage - sterilize 0.5 liter 11-12 minutes, 1 liter 20 minutes, roll up, cool. If for quick consumption, just pour and when it cools and hardens, eat with appetite

Nifigasse ... just saw the question. With a prescription water-gelatin ratio, the jelly is not strong. When you put it in a jelly salad bowl, it melts on the table over time. But you can increase the amount of gelatin, then the jelly will be more persistent.
