Ingredients

Cooking method

  • Put all the products in the bread maker, turn on the "French baking" program and let it stand until it starts to bake (I have it for 60 minutes, that is, I turn it off in 70 minutes), take out the dough, divide it into 4 parts. I mix in two parts paprika (or tablespoon of tomato paste).
  • Chop the greens finely and mix with the garlic, here is your imagination, who loves what, I love this one, and you can also parsley, cilantro.
  • Cheese on a coarse grater.
  • Roll each part thinly (about 5-7 mm), sprinkle with plenty of herbs, then cheese.
  • Roll each into a roll, and then into a "snail" and fold one by one into the shape of a bread machine. The stirrer, of course, I take out.
  • So all 4 rolls.
  • Then smear the top with rust. butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • And let it continue to bake.
