Hello forum users, I have a gap with my Saturn st-ec7774 bread maker. Already 4 times I tried to bake ordinary bread, nothing came out.

The recipe in the bread maker is as follows for 910 grams:

370 ml water
4 cups flour
2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
1. tsp salt
3 tbsp. tablespoons of oil salt.
0.6 shudder

Program No. 1 is designed for 3 hours of bread baking.

The first time came out bread with a collapsed top, and inside the dough was not baked raw.

The second time was better, but the top still fell through, but the dough was less moist (increased the amount of yeast to 1.2 teaspoons).

The third time, the horror did not rise at all, but here I am probably to blame, because during the work I restarted the program to select the crust.

Reduced the amount of water for the fourth time. The top completely collapsed and a funnel formed. But the dough is baked.

In short, help who really baked in this bread maker, maybe you need a different recipe or proportion.

I'm tired of translating flour, and the pigeons outside the window already look like koloboks and tearfully ask not to give them my bread.

The teacup and spoon are okay, just the wrong recipe.
When I didn't have the scales, I measured them out - the bread was wonderful.

The second program French bread lasts 3 hours 50 minutes. If you bake ordinary white bread, then 3 hours will be enough program 1 Basic
