Cooking method

  • I usually use this recipe to make pie dough. After the end of the "dough" mode, I let the dough rise 2 more times and make pies, but then I started with my granddaughter and there was no time left for modeling. I decided to turn on the "cupcake" mode, since there is no baking mode on the LV, for 1 hour. And I did such a miracle. Delicious airy, rich bread.

No. This is not dry yeast. It takes about three hours to rise the dough with 2-3 strokes. If there is less yeast, then it will take a very long time. But see for yourself what is best for you. But believe me, the baked goods made from this dough are very tasty.
