Bread "Cloud"

Category: Yeast bread
Bread Cloud

Ingredients

flour 250gr
fresh yeast 10gr
salt 3gr
cream cheese (like Philadelphia) 50gr
butter 20gr
powdered milk 10gr
sugar 15gr
water 160gr

Cooking method

  • Grind yeast with flour, add the rest of the ingredients, knead everything with a mixer. Knead for a long time. The finished dough looks very smooth and very elastic. The dough should be good for about 3 hours, with one crush (light). The dough fits very well and increases in volume a lot. Then I divided the dough into 3 parts, splash and roll up in the form of rolls. Let the dough come well, brush the yolk + water. Bake at 190g. about 45min. The forum has a policy: many recipes, many authors, and only your own performance of recipes and photos!

Why hide your own recipes somewhere in one topic, how to discuss the performance later, who to contact, and so on ... practice has shown that the author's recipes then dissolve into a common topic, which swells with the number of pages and a good dialogue does not work.
But if it is noticed that such a practically recipe is already on the forum, then you need to give a link to it - and everything will be honest

Bake and cook for health, we are waiting for new author's recipes!

As always, wisely and concisely! Thanks again!

The recipe is made with such love, thank you.
I liked it according to the description, I plan to bake it.
And how did he taste in HP? After the Easter cake marathon, I would start with the variant in HP.
Natali06
Natalika, thank you for your kind words. First I baked it in HP, all because of the same lack of time. And when she was baking cakes, I decided to bake this bread in one fell swoop. And to be honest, the breads turned out very different, I liked the second option more. But that's for my taste. And the taste and color ... you know. Those molds that I have in the photo are actually very small (still from a Soviet bakery), so my husband and I ate alone with butter
