Rada-dms, thanks for the tip))) one more question: I went to the Kenwood website and have not yet figured out what the basic version is called and are all the available nozzles suitable for it, that is, you don’t need to buy a cutter separately?
Rada-dms
louisa, the noodle cutter is necessary separately and according to the width of the noodles you prefer
louisa
Rada-dms, I just saw such a noodle cutter for the Kenwood machine, and I thought it was coming to this machine, no, it’s wrong?
Rada-dms
louisa, there are a lot of attachments for the kenwood kitchen machine, including for the dough !! first the model, then the nozzles under it, so that they fit exactly this model. Suitable for any model of kitchen machine for dough
To make it easier for you, I will describe what I have. Kenwood KMC 010 came with a meat grinder, blender and something else. For the bowl, there were four attachments - a hook-dough, a whisk for beating eggs, whites, biscuit (planetary rotation !!!), for mashed potatoes and one more for mixing. Look at here -
Then I bought a low-speed and high-speed shredder, for making ice cream, a stone mill, for rolling dough, for sifting and wiping, a press for berries, a noodle cutter of two sizes and a couple of pasta additives, etc.
But for me it is the "Food processor" attachment that I wrote about above that is very important. This is the first thing to buy additionally
There is a topic on Kenwoods here, mine has been serving me for a very long time, perhaps the markings have changed, read, contact!

Rada-dms, thank you very much, I went to study))

Good evening! Dear members of the forum, please help with advice! This is my second month of choosing a food processor. I really want to buy a Bosch Mum 4855 harvester, but after rereading the information on the forum, I still have a question - will this harvester be able to knead yeast dough from 1 kg of flour (on the Bosch website it says that it can), but I worry, it will suddenly burn out! I don't knead the dough out of 1 kg of flour very often, but there are times when I have to do it, so I faced a choice! This harvester suits me both in terms of money and functions, but the last criterion for choosing will be the answer to my question. Thank you in advance.

Please tell me, I want to buy myself a KP with the function of cutting into cubes, I read a lot of information, but I did not find this model Supra FPS-7725 Food Processor. If anyone knows, please write down.

I have a Bosch MUM Bosch MUM 54251.
I'm happy with everything!
There are 3 dough attachments / beaters.
Meat grinder.
3 disks, though not the most necessary. You can buy everything you need.
Citrus juicer.
And cubes!
Blender 1.5 liters.
Works quietly!
I'm happy with everything!
Alas, I can't say anything about other devices!
louisa
Njashka, but how does he behave like a tesomes? Cope with a tough dough?
Ctrekoza
Njashka, thank you)

the problem is that I can't see them live, in our village there are only mummies - series 4, mcm-5529, which, honestly, did not impress by sight

Copes!
I did it on dumplings, it turned out great!
True, you need to observe the maximum loading weight of flour and products. Do not shift, otherwise the apparatus may be covered.

Hello!

I ask for the help of the collective mind
I choose a harvester.

Now I think between: Bosch Cubix, Bosch 6885, Bosch Mum, which is with cubes, and Kenwood km 287.

The harvester is primarily interested in how to cut a grater, whipping cream, kneading batter. I usually knead tight dough in a bread maker.

I'm not sure if I need a citrus press, because I want to separately buy a screw juicer, and a meat grinder, since I have a separate, though not super, veins are wound (bork).

But Kenwood looks the most reliable) but there are no cubes in it, but I really want cubes)

In the mum I read that the cubes are too small, but it seems to beat better and the kneader is praised. And I understood that there are various attachments, such as a mill, which you can buy in addition.

6885 seems to be the most suitable, but there is no separate bowl, many nozzles need to be bought, but there are no advantages such as a mill for it, I read that fragile plastic parts. But powerful, but I read that this power is not needed at all. And the kneader and whipping is worse than that of Mum, as I understand it. But again, how much is a kneader needed if there is a bread machine?
Antonchik
Perhaps you mean the MCM68885 food processor. So it has a dough kneading function. There were a lot of attachments with it. But there really was no mill. But overall, the unit is solid. We have been using it for almost a year, it suits us.
Maja
I googled all the harvesters, I liked MUM most of all, or rather Google gave me MaxxiMUM, 120 functions, I don’t know what can be done with these 120 functions, probably the harvester replaces ALL kitchen appliances. But in MCM68885 I did not understand how the dough is kneaded there? And in terms of functionality, it clearly lags behind MUM.
Antonina Thorne
And I knead the dough in a bread maker, so in my opinion it is most convenient and I don’t worry about the combine that it will overload from overload.
Antonchik
We also have a bread maker, but in it we only knead the dough for cakes and bread. And the rest is in the food processor, for this there are special nozzles for kneading the dough. You know, Maja, my unit really lags behind your MaxxiMUM in terms of functionality, but my wife and I have enough of MSM.
Maja
Antonchik, MaxxiMUM is not mine, I don't have a harvester at all. This is Ekaterina_V, I asked for advice, I googled and expressed my opinion about what I liked best
LiLy11
And I will stand up for MSM, he, too, with his 40 functions is in no way inferior to MUM !!! Yes, this is not 120, but it is quite enough for preparing a delicious dinner, and the rest, as for me, is superfluous
Charm
congratulate me! - yesterday I became the owner of Muma 54251 ... it's a miracle !! today I made a biscuit - it came out excellent and magnificent! and whipped without separating the whites and yolks! meringue - whipped very quickly - I don't even understand how he dissolved the sugar so quickly!?! whipped cream - well, just lightning fast, and finally made an egg liqueur
I'll tell you it's FANTASTIC !!!!

I am very sorry that I delayed the purchase for a long time!
Thanks to everyone who wrote here - it was thanks to you that I made such a choice!

PS - for some reason the "neck" of the meat grinder seems to me very small ...

Girls, maybe someone can tell you if an inexpensive small combine, with two graters, two shredders, cubes, straws, julienne and fries? Thank you in advance
sazalexter
Ottoman, Bosch MCM-68885 or Bosch MCM-64085 (Julienne disc will have to be purchased separately) https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=311888.0
Le_Nok
Girls, hello! In this thread, I have already asked for advice about the combine, but I never managed to buy it. It was about a compact Philips HR7762, since my kitchen is small. But the other day I saw the offer of Bosch MCM 5529 "cubic" at a price of less than 5 thousand rubles, I ordered it, now I'm in thought.

From the combine you need: a shredder and graters for daily cooking, kneading batter for pancakes, a blender for milkshakes. There are 4 people in the family. What is captivating about this food processor is that you will not need to run it several times to prepare, for example, a cocktail for the whole family or pancake dough in a bowl. According to reviews, the residues when rubbing vegetables are minimal. Another Korean carrot disc seems to be sold only for Bosch combines. Cubes, of course, are also good, but this is an added bonus. Is Bosch so cumbersome for a small kitchen - who can say what from their own experience?

The question is removed: I already bought it, and found a place for him, so that it was always at hand. Places are approximately the same as a Redmond type multicooker (not round).
kirch
Please advise which chopper to buy, the one with the bowl and knives at the bottom. There is a Philips blender, but the bowl is very small. And I need a large one, so that the dough, for example, knead a small amount of noodles or shortbread, that is, so that the power is decent.

Hello!
I ask for help in choosing a hand blender.

Model supplied obligatory Requirements:
  • metal connections of nozzles and the main part;
  • compact storage (stand / mount everything (not only the motor part) on the wall);

Desirable:
  • metal case;
  • metal nozzles;
  • the presence of a corolla.

What is a blender for:
  • puree soups;
  • milkshakes;
  • whipping proteins.(users dissuaded from this function of the hand blender)

I have a bad experience with the GORENJE HB804QR hand blender.
I choose a harvester, blender, processor
I was very attracted by the presence of a stand for nozzles, plus this whole stand can be mounted on the wall. I have a very small kitchen space, I need to save even millimeters. Also, the metal attachments (the leg of the blender and the whisk, on the mill the knife is already on the plastic spindle) and the metal body seemed to be huge advantages. The plastic connections of the nozzles with the main part let me down - they melted when puréing softened ice cream, banana and milk (the operating time did not exceed the allowable one according to the instructions). Also, the design of the rim turned out to be a significant disadvantage - it scrolls without transferring rotation to its axis, that is, by taking the rim nozzle in hand and holding it by the axis, you can independently twist the rim itself, it dangles freely.
Now my blender is in the service center for warranty service, the main part, whisk, blender leg will be replaced. But that doesn't help. I understand that almost nothing can be done with this device except whipping proteins.
Of course, I've seen it at a pretty budget price. But I just can't get used to the fact that what is being sold may not cope with the declared capabilities during normal operation.
P.S. Maybe I just had no luck with a specific instance. Maybe he was defective and my conclusions are premature. Perhaps there are users of this blender here?
So far I have been able to find only Kenwood HB 890 (891, 894) suitable for my requirements, but I'm not yet ready for the price of 9 thousand rubles.

Good) But I don't whip them that often. I still don't have a stationary mixer, only a manual one.
Please help me with the selection of a blender for the rest of my requirements.

Girls, advise me something too!
I need a kneader - this is the most basic thing, well, beaters of cream, egg cream, etc.! And a plus, a meat grinder is desirable (there is a Shinbo meat grinder, well, let there be another supply for it), well, you can have a blender-chopper (not a glass at all). Vegetable cutters are not needed, there are 2 vegetable cutters.
What can be found for such needs?
Ipatiya
Mirabel, you can AEG Küchenmaschine UltraMix KM 4000. Here are the reviews on it on the German Amazon 🔗... Almost in no way inferior to KitchenAid, judging by the reviews. You can buy a meat grinder attachment. 2 bowls. Extended warranty up to 5 years. Humane price. True, there is no blender-chopper.

There are more options: Bomann KM 379 CB ( 🔗) or Clatronic KM 3476 ( 🔗) (also good reviews). Dough mixer, heated, meat grinder, blender (glass). Probably good quality for Europe.

Mirabel
Ipatiya, I don't need a blender, there is a huge and powerful Philips glass. And if you still consider the budget options. And in this case, will a soup cook like Russell Hobbs or like Grandma-Tanya Moulinex, or like the Thermomix be relevant to me? It is necessary to ask around the girls in the profile topic.
I somehow kept glancing in the direction of Boshikov and to him in addition to the soup cooker-processor, but they write that they are capricious.
The vaunted Kenes are very huge, AEG is a good company, this is Electrolux .. well, they can already buy budget ones for the same price, they can also cook.
In general, these Klatronic-Bomannies are sold in our bazaar and it makes it a bit annoying to buy, although there are a lot of good reviews.

Mirabel, Bosch kneaders do not have planetary rotation of the nozzles. For whipping proteins, eggs, all kinds of creams, etc., a planetary mixer (dough mixer) is better.
Mirabel
Ipatiya, In fact, I am so inconsiderate! I watched the video and did not pay attention! Thank you very much, otherwise I would have bought it!
Masinen
Ipatiya, just the boshev have planetary correct rotation. By the way, I really like how he whips the whites and kneads the dough on the bread.
And for everyone else, it just goes in a circle and is also considered planetary.
kirch
Yes, yes And I'm happy with Boshem for both proteins and dough

A planetary mixer is a special device for mixing products, which ensures this process by rotating the kneading body by analogy with the movement of the planet - around its axis and around the axis of the bowl (bowl).

From here 🔗.
I have a Bosch MUM series. Bought a long time ago, already broke. Whipped the whites well. Stir the dough as well. But I didn’t set difficult tasks for him, and I don’t know how he would have coped if it was necessary to do something difficult in the absence of planetary rotation. I have not looked at all the combines of this series, but have not yet met in the description to have this function.
Cirre
Girls, does anyone have a Bosch MUM 48A1 Food Processor? Does he mix the dough well?
Mirabel
Ipatiya, I watched the video with the Bosches this morning, it is spinning planetary. Straight torments of choice ... Bosch somehow seems to me a solid company. and the Klatronic is more powerful.
Ipatiya
Mirabel, I am not discouraging from Bosch. I myself have 2 combines from this manufacturer. But in fairness. For comparison, the mechanism of planetary rotation and conventional. Attention to the position of the corollas. Bosch has modified, but still not planetary rotation.

I choose a harvester, blender, processor I choose a harvester, blender, processor

This video clearly shows the planetary rotation.

Here's a comparison between Bosch and Kenwood and KitchenAid planetary kneaders. When whipping whites, the difference is obvious.

Why is this?? My Brown has been whipping everything he can for eight years, and whites are the easiest and quickest whipping on the list.
Mirabel
Ipatiya, I didn’t save these links, I just scored -Bosh and it looked like it was all like a planetary rotation.
I am a complete layman in these kneaders, all my life I have used hand mixers and thought (maybe naively) that my whites were whipped very well.
I found a very decent Ken for the night and the price is pleasant and is not burdened with attachments, only a blender-grinder and a citrus juicer.

Ipatiya, Well, no, you are a pro, you have experience with them. And in my youth I had a Mriya combine and that's all. I want to buy a small one, not very noisy, with a minimum set of nozzles, but of good quality. Moreover, the Atlas Tastoraskatka is also in the plans.

Well, they took Boshik into the company. Just like they wanted to drown with a specialist ...
