and I have a kitchen of only 6.5 square meters, and a strap in the kitchen.
all this is of course temporary, we plan to change the apartment for others,
but while we are here and the place is very good. few.

so I want the harvester as functional as possible.
I have a separate BOSH juicer, which I think will be partially replaced by a combine, since small portions are needed,
there is a mixer with beaters, I think this will also replace the combine, and of course the cartoon

Plus, I plan to buy a double boiler, too, Brown's, along with a combine.
and all this must find a place.
Lagri
The power of the combine is very good, there is a plastic box (very neat), where all the discs, whisks, etc. are put, and the combine itself is put on it, that is, it is compact. I won't say anything about the juicer, I have always had separate ones, but for citrus fruits I constantly used them. There is a device for mashed vegetables, that is, you can even use it as a potato grinder. There are 5 disks for vegetables, and among them there are for french fries, that is, it cuts into strips. All in all, very versatile. I like.

I also considered PHILIPS HR-7762/90, But it's black !! and this does not suit me at all.
Zhanna, I have this black Philips, very happy! They have a white model HR7761 / 00. Pizza dough, chopped shortbread dough, noodle dough and dumplings, minced meat for sausage and cutlets, excellent graters (small, large, fries, pancake + two shredder thicknesses), a chopper and a jug included - a very compact and multifunctional harvester. The attachment drawer lies in the cabinet on the personal shelf - very convenient!

here is a comparison video of black and white ...
ptashka
I watched this video

the black grater has all-metal discs, and the white grater has inserts.
I read a LOT in the comments, they say because of this rubbing not very much, a lot remains, since the gap there is decent. in 61 models.
namely 100%, there is no such as a black model in a white version

I was in the store, and there, as they did it for me,
2 sets of K700 (assembly like Hungary) + Brown F20 steamer (assembly of Germany) and a bunch of gifts: you can choose dishes for 750 UAH ...
and oh, how I need an average frying pan,

first wanted a harvester, then a couple of months later a double boiler, and then such a tempting offer,
so I'm thinking what to do: be seduced or wait some more, think ...

It's a pity I'm so happy with the harvester! I bought it as a grater, and it turns out that he makes the dough so cool and chops meat for sausage - super!

Girls,
I'm also thinking about what to buy, for a month I have been going to forums and shops,
but no matter how many options I go through, I always return to the Brown K700 model.

I like the idea that both bowls are always in sight, there is no need to look into the cabinets, take them out, or rebuild, change attachments ...
and the design is generally "mine", I love everything in German - straight and even.

As far as I understand, those graters and shredders that come standard are quite enough, right?
Do you need to buy anything?
And then they don't talk about any model, they write everywhere - this grater is inconvenient, you need to order a medium (large), etc.
please, tell us more about these graters, how convenient is it to wash?

And yet, tell the owners of this harvester, how much waste remains when rubbing-cutting?

And how are slices in thickness, for example - to make cucumbers thinner, and thicker radishes, are there suitable options here?
I have a Brown K700. For seven years, I guess. At one time I got fed up, but I did not find an alternative to him - one does not suit me, then another.
As a result, I just bought 2 graters - a coarse grater and a coarse shredder (50 UAH each) - they really were not enough (there were only a thin shredder, a fine grater for potato pancakes). Now the complete set. The only drawback for me is that the attachments take up a lot of space. And I would take now black, not so easily soiled. I often began to use it, when I stopped hiding it every time in the closet - it now stands on the table all the time. And yet, there is no cube cutter, but I make salads with cubes very rarely and go around in a circle with strings - a very simple and useful thing - it turns out much faster than with an ordinary knife.
I solved the issue with the unattached pieces in the K700 in this way: I turn on the combine at high speed and sometimes they rub off completely, sometimes almost completely - a thin piece remains.
Unless, as an option, you can consider a more compact blender Braun MR 550 Buffet. (5 graters, chopper, whisk ...). In it, I am confused only by the lack of protection against overheating, there is no disk for French fries (I use it often), well, there are no cubes either. And from unnecessary for me, there is no juicer, although in the K700 it is almost 1 glass of juice, juicers for citrus fruits (but I have never used it), there is no attachment for the dough, in my opinion. And so, I would say: not a blender, but a compact combine.

ptashka
ABOUT, Juventa,

here I am, just like you, looking for a more modern alternative to it, and ... I can't find it.

By the way, I also considered the blender 550 as a replacement for the K700.
BUT, I don't like the fact that since this is a blender, the button must always be held down,
it's tiring. And it doesn't have a juicer.

When I buy the K 700, I can put my huge cool BOSCH juicer in the closet,
since just for a glass of daughters juice, or myself, brown is enough for me, and a place will be made free.

I watched it live, it's not that huge.
I think phillips + my squeezer on the table will take up more space than 1 square brown.

so again the K 700 is driving.

Girls, write. its cons, as you know, (except that the attachments take up a lot of space and there is no drawer for them and the old design).

Can cocktails be inconvenient to do in a small bowl ??? or a whisk not really? something else??

I plan that I will constantly have it on the table, without getting into the closet, so to speak, for daily use.
and, and one more question, DUMMING FOR VARENIKI, how does he do it? fine?

Juventa
and what are these mugs with strings? This is the one with the chamomile, with which the eggs are cut (squeezed)?

Yes, that's right: such a ring is small, about eight centimeters in diameter, on which a metal string is stretched with a cell, like on a badminton racket. Oh, and compared This is my cube harvester All the diced salads: Olivier, vinaigrette ..., I do it very quickly with this little thing. Only vegetables should be boiled - he won't take raw, and canned cucumbers will not work. But he cuts beets, potatoes, carrots, boiled eggs "with a bang." I cannot fully compare it with a cube combine, of course, but I have enough
igorechek
I have Brown 700, too, for 7-8 years. The Brown steamer is about the same. Both have been produced by the Germans practically unchanged for more than 10 years. This already says a lot. Successful models.
And the fact that a double boiler is a gift is excellent. Although I have both a cartoon and a pressure cooker, I can't cook a few things in them. Therefore, I do not refuse a double boiler.
The harvester is constantly on the table. It takes up very little space, and all the equipment I have is within walking distance, despite the very small kitchen. Since if you remove it, it is often too lazy to get it.
I never needed to use two bowls at the same time, so the impossibility of using 2 bowls at the same time is not a drawback. I just put the second one next to it for a few minutes.
I took it complete with a juicer and often use it, despite the fact that there is a separate juicer. The fact is that in a classic juicer the sieve itself is cone-shaped and the pulp flies up under centrifugal force and not all the juice is squeezed out, but in this combine the sieve is cylindrical, the cake does not fly out, but as in a washing machine it is pressed against the walls and, accordingly, the juice yield is large. I myself have measured several times from the same products. The yield is more up to 15%.
The quality of the knives is naturally German. When my daughter was little, she was there when cooking. So, through an oversight, I loaded the products inside, and she threw a teaspoon through the loading hole 2 times. I turned on the combine - the spoon dangled with a knife until it jammed. The spoon was all bent, but the knives remained sharp and the mechanism did not burn out.
I do not know the current configuration, but I bought 2 nozzles in the service center without any problems. The large grater at first seemed very large to my wife, until I tasted it. There is a nozzle for cutting into strips and for rubbing potato pancakes.
Liquid dough kneads well, and a bread maker makes tough dough.
Well, the steamer is a classic of the genre. Simple and reliable. No unnecessary and unnecessary bells and whistles.
ptashka
igorechek,
thanks to you, too.

a question about "There is a nozzle for cutting into strips"

what is it? there seems to be only graters and shredders,

standard delivery includes 4 graters out of five, except for "b", which is a coarse shredder,
and with what device does it cut into strips?

I bought a kit yesterday, my husband looking at me, or rather at my torment,
made a tough man's decision - we go and buy 700.
functional harvester, a bunch of gifts, the price is included in our budget.

So I'll test for a month or two and unsubscribe.
igorechek
I mean the "complete" nozzle - g. For cutting into cubes. It goes not like a flat knife-insert, but assembled with a plastic circle-platform.
I had it complete with 1 shredder attachment, 1 grater and 1 grater for potato pancakes.
I bought 2 more nozzles in a service center for myself a long time ago and 4 years ago for my sister in Belarus. It seems 200 rubles are worth and available without problems.
GIZI
Good evening.
Dear Sergey, (register .livejournal.com / 2013/11/25 /) announced the joint purchase of Assistant Original (Ankarsum Original) directly from the manufacturer's plant. Anyone interested in buying this harvester? Join :))
ptashka
Earlier I wrote about my sufferings in choosing a harvester.

bought Brown by 700,
as promised, I'm writing about my impressions.

I use it every day.
and me very good. like this one as i use both! bowls.
2 birthdays, mom and dad, survived with the combine very easily)))

What can and what I use / don't use from the combine functions:

1. Rubbing / cutting.

Standard set includes 4 graters:
fine / coarse grater
thin shinka
grater for pancakes.

I use all 4. + 1

napkins - it's clear
fine grater - rub carrots and beets into borscht-soups and fried-sauces.
coarse grater - oddly enough, but I like to shred cabbage on it for stewing,
plus apples-zucchini (what I tried) which I put in "jellied" quick pies (I bake in a multi-cooker)
a small shredder is used - cabbage for salting and in borschik.
There are remnants. But if the vegetables are hard and not wilting, then they are very small and thin.
Dried vegetables are poorly cut.

onions - if you just need to chop it, and a large bowl has already been used for rubbing something,
then rub it on a fine grater.
If you need to fry soup, etc., but did not use a large container this time,
then grind with one or two jigs in a small bowl. It will go to the soup this way and that.

about the fifth grater (coarse shredder), which goes to this combine but is not included in the delivery, you can buy it,
but for now I think whether it is worth doing, since I do not see the need for it yet.

And now another trick: I bought 2 graters here from the model blender brown 550, !!!

they fit perfectly. So now I have a julienne grater for wetness,
I use it in full - rubbing apples + radish on a salad turns out to be such small straws, juicy and tasty,
and most importantly quickly. This is a find for me, (it doesn't work on a small standard "native" grater)
and the second grater on the 550th, larger in size, has not yet had time to test it ...

2. Working with the test.

So, shortbread dough-mixes och. fast.
Now I cook the jellied cottage cheese in general for 5 minutes.
I kneaded the dough in the combine and in the refrigerator, (I use a knife.)

I immediately threw the fill, mixed it, and then everything: the blanks are ready
if raisins or apples, then change to a plastic "knife"

Before you knead the dough with your hands, and then pour it with a mixer, now it's just a fairy tale.

Another dough, it is convenient to twist eggs + sugar in a small bowl,
put in large flour and other dry ingredients,
and then pour the eggs into a large thicket + add kefir if according to the recipe.
Jick - and all a few minutes the jellied dough is ready.

I'm glad just unspeakably.

3. Well the purpose of the blender
I will not describe - it is the same for everyone. I often use a small bowl
I need a little, I cook for 3 people.
I still haven't figured out if the meat chopped in a blender will suit me, or if I need to buy a meat grinder.
Even if it doesn't fit, I still didn't plan to take a meat grinder as part of a combine,
because I want very good high quality and reliable.
And Minced meat for fish cakes here suits me 100%.

4. Attachment for whipping whites - do not use.
I'm uncomfortable, I have very good Phillips mixer has long been a cool model of those years
It still works flawlessly. It is more convenient for me to whip them, because I can knock them down in any container, and then it is easy to wash and easily shift.

5. juicers.
For solid, I use it constantly. I need a little so I don’t pick the cake, as small volumes are needed,
but it squeezes out well, the cake is dry enough, if you then scroll at high speed.

I have a Bosch juicer, which discards the cake, and you can twist a bucket of apples on it.
comparing with her ,, - I will say that the Brownian suits me perfectly, Bosch went into the closet.
The juice. for citrus fruits - I tried to play, realized that I had better twist 1 lemon per hand. therefore I do not use it.

6. Dimensions. and storage.

it is not as huge as it seems in the photo.
It stands on my desk all the time, because I use it every day.
Nozzles - there is no special box, I put the graters separately in a small long box, always at hand,
the combine has a nozzle with a julienne grater by default.

separately in the box I successfully installed 3 "knives" - universal, for dough and for beating. and then a nozzle for French fries.

I left the juicer at hand one, "apple".

K 700, despite its ancient design (although it tastes like, I like the square format),
it is a very functional harvester.

ElenaMart
Zhanna, thanks for the information about additional graters, but where did you buy it?
ptashka
Ukraine, online store, service

I'll drop the link on Monday, bookmark on my work computer.
The price for these graters is more expensive, 90 UAH per piece.
550th is different in appearance - they have a hole in the middle larger than in our 700,
but nothing falls there, and in the process it does not interfere, since the grater is installed and rests on its edges.
and the ribs are the same here and there. (apparently one blank.)

ptashka
Tell me where to read how to insert a photo here ??
I will show you how the graters sit on the nozzle.
igorechek
Zhanna, at first my wife used a little coarse grater, and then, when I started to grate on a coarse grater myself, she "tasted" it. Try to grate vegetables for soup on a coarse one - it turns out better, more beautiful. And on shallow ones, make solid foods good for salads.
So that there are very few leftovers, try to lower the oblong products vertically when rubbing and still not one at a time, but several at a time - in a bundle (for example, carrots - 2-4 pieces, but one thickening upwards, and the second thickening downwards). And yet, at the very end, skip the shredder at maximum speed for 3-5 seconds.
You can also grind meat, but the consistency will be completely different. Better in a meat grinder.
ptashka
I'll try, thanks,
by the way, do you use a large shredder? does it make sense to buy it ??
ptashka
trying to insert a photo

1 this is a native grater with K 700
I choose a harvester, blender, processor

and this is from another model, 550
I choose a harvester, blender, processor

the difference is only the circle in the center is different.
ptashka
Hooray, it worked,

and who is interested in storage of attachments I will show

since the utility knife is constantly in the small bowl,
then the need to use a large knife does not arise so often,

it turns out that I mainly use a large bowl for rubbing / cutting,
and graters are needed right at hand.
I keep them separately in such a box on the table in a box next to the combine.

I choose a harvester, blender, processor
this box is very small and does not take up much space, plus it is convenient to get graters out of it.

and the remaining nozzles are higher above the combine, I take them out as needed, but here I also keep the pusher for cutting.

I choose a harvester, blender, processor

I keep the juicer separately in a square box, in the corner in the closet in the kitchen,
since it is not needed for daily procedures.

everything turns out very conveniently.
ElenaMart
Jeanne, so well thought up with the storage of nozzles
ptashka
aha)),

I read several topics and found out one thing that it is impossible to keep within 6 - 7 thousand rubles. to purchase a quality planetary mixer.
Am I getting it right?
I would like a mixer with a stainless bowl and a lid so that the flour does not scatter in the process. And no pribludy is needed, only for kneading. Please advise which planetary mixers to pay attention to.

I even looked at this case yesterday in the store and only got confused more. ((
They are Kenwood KM287, Bosch MUM54251 and Bosch MUM4856.
What of this can I need? How is it different from each other? Why is Kenwood more expensive than the fifth 6os with less power and fewer steps? What kind of graters are there and what is so good about the design? There are 6 more questions than answers, and the answers are a bit tough to look for ((Understand the general direction of the manufacturers' logic.

Girls, that's what I need if there is a 6lender (either a jug or a submersible), a meat grinder and juicers in the house?
I would like a steel bowl and a reliable knot for kneading dough of any density. And I want different slicing up to cu6iks. But somehow not I want that com6ain that looks differently - in which the dough is kneaded not by lowering the hooks, but by a 6lender type bowl with a core inside (it’s clear for those who know, right?).
sazalexter
Bijou, Bosch MUM54251 in this niche, out of competition
Bijou
sazalexter, yeah, thank you, yesterday I came to the conclusion that the fifth line in 6osha might be enough. They are the same inside se6ya, the difference in appearance and the number of additional. options?

And for high-quality slicing, it seems, you will have to buy another unit, which with a vertical parking - somehow about graters for such kneading and mixing com6ains, people, without special enthusiasm, respond, they say, everything is flimsy there.

When I was choosing a harvester, I also looked at Kenwood, of course, the one that is not expensive. But they received negative reviews. I bought Boshik 5 and do not regret it at all. I have been using it for over a year. Small, compact, always on the table. True, I was not very interested in any graters. But I also bought a cube. I use graters, cubes mainly in the harvesting season. But there are 2 people in our family and I’m faster either with pens or with a grater

Good evening. Girls, I did buy my dream - a harvester / processor kitchenide 5KFP1644, happy with no words !!! While we tried: shredding (large, small), slicing (cube, fries, thin / thick slices), dough (noodles, dumplings, shortbread), the daughter mixed pancakes in a large bowl for 5 seconds, and grinded the meat boiled for pancakes in a small one in minced meat, too, in 5 seconds. It was funny with slicing (slices) - they threw the potatoes, set the average slicing thickness and decided to see how it would be cut - AHA, we didn't have time! For a cube, you need plump vegetables (or freeze them a little) - eggs / crab. sticks are better with your hands. All of the above for 5+. Until they tried to grind raw meat in mashed potatoes (for sausages / sausages) - in fact, they bought for this, did not make yeast dough, bizet, biscuit. Heavy (13.5 kg) - must be installed permanently, it works VERY quietly, well, BEAUTIFUL, bought in Moscow. Girls, I love it!
