Raspberry ice cream

Ingredients

Cream 33% 200 g
Cream 10% 200 g
Raspberry 300 g
Powdered sugar 9 Art. l.

Cooking method

  • Puree raspberries with a blender along with powdered sugar.
  • Add the chilled cream mixture 33% (I have Petmol) and 10% (I have a House in the village), and beat the whole mixture a little more with a blender.
  • Pour into an ice cream bowl and turn on.
  • It turned out thick in 25 minutes. So thick that the stirrer remains in the ice cream.
