And it's not an urgent request, you can measure the volume of a possible soup, that is, a maximum of a couple of liters of soup will fit ??

I post a photo of the bowl as I promised

On the last photo, 2 liters of water are poured and there is still room left
insava
And granny also stewed cabbage, cooked barley
Today they put rice together in a bowl, and in a double boiler upstairs a salmon steak and incl. Steam cooking
The rice was soaked in juice and the fish turned out to be the most tender
We are glad
Lerele
Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!
I hope my mother-in-law will be happy too.

I’m thinking to myself, I can’t choose in any way, maybe I’ll take such as the opportunity will be here.
mary7106
I bought myself this cartoon for a trip to the sea. We are going with our son to the private sector. Even a blue Panasonic is great for a trip, but this one is just right.
Lerele
And my mother-in-law is in a panic, she is afraid to cook on her. Tomorrow her granddaughter will go to teach her ..
mary7106
I have read a lot of interesting things on another forum. The main thing is to get used to it.
Lerele
Oh, where else can you read about her ?? On a multicooker ??
I sit thinking, maybe I need her, I like her. Look, I’ll learn to cook in small portions.
mary7106
I am traveling with my son alone. So you definitely need small portions.
yeah on that forum.

Girls, where have all gone? Yesterday at work I was asked to recommend a multicooker to an elderly married couple (over 80), she said to take this one, I want confirmation from you that I correctly indicated the model. Where are your dishes? That you don't cook anything?

Personal experience - she gave her grandma, 87 will be one of these days, so she will not be happy - she does everything: porridge, omelet, soups, side dishes, chicken, fish for steam ... she even tried to bake something from a puff frozen. test, but not very good. it turned out, but since I am a diabetic, I tied it up with baking, and Thank God
Sometimes the truth grit that sometimes if you have a small portion for one yourself, it's a pity to get dirty, and at the same time I put all the ladles into the pantry
In general, advise boldly, checked

Oh thank you! I look at her myself, I love simpler models, multi-cook is not for me! Which side dishes do you cook on? And then I think that I will not get off with just a consultation on the model.

I am not in the know {she is my deushka independent ttt}, but think about the questions, I'll go to her in an hour and a half today and clarify everything

and it is possible with recipes directly? I also gave such a cartoon to my mother-in-law, in July we will be learning at the dacha together, I haven’t felt the sensory programs so far, so that I can intuitively understand, I need recipes
Masinen
And in it only steam is sensory, and the rest are at time 1.20 or 1.30))

Well, as far as I know, there are several basic recipes in the instructions, and only then, by analogy, you can do anything you want to cook
Toshiba and I finally didn't have a single recipe, and then we figured it out empirically, yes, how
Well, in short, all the cereals {buckwheat, barley, rice, milk oatmeal, from flakes} - in the Milk porridge mode;
Soups {cabbage soup, mushroom, borscht} immediately with raw meat and vegetables in a bowl and SOUP mode;
Fish with steaks or meat or fish souffle patties - on a stand - steam mode;
Stew cabbage or vegetable stews - Milk porridge mode, and if from meat goulash, for example, it is better on Soup
Today she was advised to try to make a curd casserole on Pastry
Lerele
My mother-in-law also says she cooks. She cooks porridge and soups, I'm happy, I like it.
My sister bought me one too, and will send it. But it takes a month and a half for the parcels to arrive. Hope it comes through.
Lerele
By the way, I also collected some recipes for this saucepan for my mother-in-law, I can post it here or send it to the mail. Just remember on which computer I did it
Masinen
Today I took out my panasik and baked a curd soufflé))
 Multicooker Panasonic SR-DF101
All the same, he is well done, he bakes the best)?

Today I felt him again, I want to!

I bought two of them for March 8 - for my mother and mother-in-law. Kanechna tested it. I didn't want to give it away, I liked it very much. Mom now only cooks in it, but the mother-in-law somehow does not work out, she is going to take everything to the dacha. And the volume is not that small, 4-5 servings.
Lerele
I'm so happy, my saucepan came, mmm, it didn't break, everything works. I have already put half of the usual amount of porridge for 125 grams of cereal.
I’m so glad, I wasn’t even so happy about the first pot, it’s compact, but the pot inside is not quite small, medium.
Lerele
Millet porridge, 125 g of cereals, 500 ml of milk plus half a glass of water. Porridge mode. Turned off after an hour.
It is very convenient that there is an off button.
 Multicooker Panasonic SR-DF101
Lerele
Today I tried oatmeal porridge, 1 MCT of cereals, 3 MCT of milk and 3 MCT of water.
Cooked for about 35 minutes. All the time she looked into the saucepan, she was afraid she would run away. At some point, the milk rose a little, I stirred it, then it gurgled slowly and did not try to wash away. The lid is clean.
Next time I will add less liquid, it was a little thin for me, although if I cooked for a little longer, it might have thickened, but we ate everything right away.
How I like the baby !!!!!
Lerele
Buckwheat for garnish, proportions 1: 2. I decided to try to make soup on mode, it turned out great, after 40 minutes there was about fluffy, grain to grain buckwheat.
I think if you put on a full cycle, you need a little more water and buckwheat will be even softer.

Remember: for buckwheat, pearl barley water is enough for the thickness of the index finger above the level of cereals in the pan.
Proven over the years!
Lerele
I used to do it in a saucepan, by eye, but now according to science, with proportions

The truth is pretty. And the mother-in-law does not fit. Watches from afar
Lerele
I am very pleased, in addition to the pressure cooker and the slow cooker, a lovely saucepan.
It takes up little space, it looks very sympathetic.

Oh, girls and you and I Bought today this "magic" pot in Eldorado for 1299 rubles. I've already cooked the milk porridge. It's okay. While I was driving, I looked at the box, and it says on it that the volume is 1 liter. I was simply stunned. I remember exactly what I saw in the store - 2.5 liters. I didn’t understand the humor, the saucepan turned out to be just 3 liters. Of course, it’s a pity that you cannot delay the timer, but for such and such a price I really wanted a lot.
Now you need to try baking. If, as stated, for 1h 30m. baked - it will be just wonderful, otherwise in Polaris I bake for almost 3 hours (but there is 5 liters)

And today I am going to cook jam in it. I just think in what mode. Soup or steamed?
redleafa
Probably on soup, he will run away for a couple, for the strongest heating
Masinen
In short, I made jam on the Soup mode. And then she turned it on for steam when I put Gemfix (pectin).
Masinen
And here's my plum jam. I put 1300 g of plums and 500 g of sugar twice

And Radik 01 sterilized my cans for a couple))

Zebra baked. The recipe came from what was:

2 medium-sized eggs
1 glass of sugar
65g sour cream + up to 100g cream 20%
50g melted butter
150g flour
0.5 tbsp. l. (from HP) baking powder
a pinch of salt
0.5g vanillin
1 st. l. cocoa

Beat the whites until a firm foam and gradually add sugar while continuing to beat. Then I added sour cream and yolks, then flour with baking powder and melted butter.
Divided the finished dough in half. In one part, I added cocoa by first grinding it with a small amount of sugar (left from the measured volume) and a little hot water.
Well, and then, as usual, I poured these 2 doughs into a greased saucepan in turn.

You can probably increase the number of ingredients. It turned out to be a pretty Zebra, next time I'll make a Zebra

🔗 it's in the bowl

And now it is getting cold
🔗

I think that little MV coped with the baking perfectly

The series continues

This is a cutaway "Zebra".
Then she baked "Biscuit"

The further, the more I like this baby
Lerele
And I have a mushroom soup with Philadelphia cheese.
Fry onions, carrots, add champignons or other mushrooms, potatoes, rice and pour boiling water, salt and pepper.
Shortly before finishing put the cheese, stir, add herbs, I have green onions and dill. Multicooker Panasonic SR-DF101

Such a fresh soup))
Lerele
Thank you, it turned out deliciously.
An interesting mode of soup, at first it boiled, then it stopped and insisted. It will be necessary to measure the temperature somehow, see how and what.
Masinen
I really like this Panasik !! Now I baked a casserole, curd soufflé, it turned out awesome !! The jam came out delicious !! Although he cooks longer, everything turns out so tasty. By the way, curd soufflé never falls off in panasika !!
Masinen
By the way, I ordered such a panasik from Moscow, my mother should come to Bosnia as a gift. The first one is very simple, only 4 buttons and those with pictures, three times reliable, the third bowl is good.
vernisag
Masha, why have you already arrived? Or did you take some cartoons with you?
Lerele
I also like it, it’s a bit unusual after the pressure cooker, and you can drop in, and the time is not right, but the programs are good. And he looks pretty.
I'm glad. I'm testing now before vacation, will go with us
