Four buttons for the price of a blue dozen? Of course 10-ku blue!
AnastasiaK
Yes, both are priced at 2,000 rubles. Here I rush between them, there are 4 buttons, there are 6 programs. Which baking is better? I plan to bake in it, otherwise it turns out too big for us in big Panasonic.
Catwoman
Take the blue 10, you won't regret it. The saucepans are the same, but there are more programs, there is a delay. In 2000, I would not even have thought about grabbing her.

Girls, I'm reporting! Today I baked a Vanilla biscuit in boiling water with cocoa for 2 eggs, I needed only two cakes, so I decided to try on so many eggs. Baking - 1 hour 20 minutes. Several times I peered cautiously into the crack, I thought that the time would need to be reduced by 2 eggs, not everything according to the program. Sponge cake is porous, airy, weight 310 g, the same as in the oven, exactly by weight. I was satisfied.
AnastasiaK
fomca, is it wet or dry, the bottom is ruddy? I went over the topic here, looked at the pastries, who have wet pastries, who have lush, juicy such.

Anastasia, in structure, the same as in the oven, moist (vanilla sponge cake on boiling water should be like that), porous, the bottom is ordinary, it was chocolate!
So, I didn't take a picture of the biscuit, there is only a piece of cake that has already been collected. I'll probably show it now.
 Multicooker Panasonic SR-DF101
AnastasiaK
fomca, beautiful! Well, I stood there and looked at the 4-button ... Little Redmond 02 is standing nearby, only 600 rubles. more expensive, and I already have it ... They'll kick me out of the house with another multicooker, how to give me a drink - they'll kick me out, loading me with all these devices. Did not buy. I took a Philips mixer with a rotating bowl, otherwise I got tired of keeping old Scarlett in the air. It's easier to hide it.
Raspberries
Of course 10-ku, if you have them for the same price
AnastasiaK
And here I have an ambush, I have bonuses in one store, where a 4-button is sold, I can take it for 1800 rubles. A 10 is sold in another, about 2,000 rubles. Ah-ah, these would be bonuses for 10-ku. And there are 10 where there are bonuses too, but it costs ... almost 4000 rubles! Hamster! Well, I need it?
Raspberries
10 is definitely better, the difference is 200r. what is there to think
in Moscow 4-buttons for 777 rubles. sell, this is its price

Sens
today saw this model for 1111 rubles. in Mega-Adygea, in the Messenger store ...
AnastasiaK
I ordered this slow cooker today for 777 rubles, I hope I can buy it. It will turn out, then so be it, after all, it's nice to have Panasonic for such a price.
And yet, again, I reread the topic, some have not really baked goods, some have as usual at their best, as traditionally with Panasonic. I would like to understand, is this an exception or is the baking different from the 18th Panasonic?
GuGu
AnastasiaK, somehow I went to Auchan and was surprised at the price of 1000 rubles, bought it on trips ... I use it mainly for baking, in the 18th the baking time is set, and in this model the fixed time for baking is 1h 20m, the biscuit is boiling water (for 4 eggs) and a cottage cheese casserole for 500 grams, I bake in 2 cycles.
AnastasiaK
GuGu, two cycles. is it 2 hours 40 minutes? Even if the time is not so important, if only the quality of the pastries is the same as in the big Panasonic. Does the biscuit not settle during this time?
GuGu
Yes, 2h 40m long of course ..., the biscuit turns out to be wonderful .. after baking I open it in 15 minutes, it does not settle
AnastasiaK
Fine. The order was confirmed to me, it remains to pick up (oh, if only it worked out).
AnastasiaK
Hurray, I took the little Panasonic for 777 rubles! It's cheaper than just buying a spare bowl.By the way, I bought spare bowls in the same place - to my 5-liter Stadler, to the big Panasonic, and to the small one. Happy as an elephant. Now I will try the novelty at work, I plan to bake cottage cheese casseroles, biscuits, muffins in it.

Congratulations too = good cartoon. I like it
AnastasiaK
Irsha, and what did you particularly like? What does it do best?
Irgata
She is kind of solid, albeit small. I have a small multicooker experience - practical, but much more virtual. And when the first mulvark appeared (5-liter rootless) - the process started ... I bought the baby for my mother - 83 years old - she is no longer quite afraid of using it. I liked it precisely because of the quality factor. Porridge +, stewed chicken meat +, vanilla cake on boiling water - also baked for almost 3 cycles - BUT = I think that this portion of it is too much = baked great, high, not wet. My mother and I cooked the soup on the same cycle, with not coarsely chopped beef +, I stewed potatoes +. The slow cooker is easy to use = the only thing = I do not have enough sound signal, and it is normal for a mother who is not interested in innovations. I think everything will work out in her - the girls have already described her in sufficient detail = porridge and meat = at a height. Baking too.
AnastasiaK
Fine! I will test it in action. I haven't even printed it yet, because I didn't get home with it (on the way). My husband keeps sticking - where I will put it. ...
AnastasiaK
Well, here's my first review about this slow cooker. At night I arrived and the first thing I did was unpack the new assistant. What pleased me - everything is very neatly packed so as not to get scratched during transportation, and the bowl in the bag, and the paper backing under the bowl, and the accessories are separately packed in foam backing. The multicooker itself is made very well, everything is smooth, shiny plastic, light, the bowl is like an ordinary Panasonic one, a little narrower. Today I boiled water with vanilla on the Soup for about an hour, there was no particular smell of plastic, but just in case, and the bowl does not smell at all.
I decided to try it on Baking, made a quick pie with cabbage (like charlotte). I put it on a full cycle, in principle everything was ready, and the bottom turned red, but I decided to hold it on the Baking. I switched on the second time for 20 minutes. Everything was baked, it came out easily, which was expected, the bowl is good. I was glad that the condensate flowed evenly onto the side and did not get anywhere else.
I liked everything about little Panasonic! A very, very worthy multicooker for 777 rubles! Moreover, in other stores it is more expensive, 1111 rubles. Although one network. I bought in M.-Markt.
I will continue to test.
Lud-Mil @
Anastasiahappy shopping! I like this cartoon, small, unpretentious, and cooks no worse than others. I bought it for 1111 rubles, I think it's a good price, and even for 777 - generally a gift.
AnastasiaK
Girls, baking muffins (or muffins?). 2 cycles have already passed, the middle is still raw. Delivered the 3rd cycle. What will happen to him, I wonder? This I, probably, swung with food. The first times I baked, the muffins seemed low to me. I decided to increase it, I wanted it higher. For 4 eggs, 150 g sour cream, 100 g butter, 2 multi-glasses of sugar + flour. Now I'm sitting, waiting - to throw it out or bake it?
And who bakes for how much?
Lud-Mil @
Anastasia, but did you try to turn the cupcake? Maybe the middle will be baked better.
AnastasiaK
I'm afraid it will fall if you shake it upside down. While I'm waiting.
Still, I turned it over for half an hour. I waited. Turned it off. The top is still damp, sticky. It's a little grimy inside. The bottom is well done. Almost three cycles were baked.
redleafa
AnastasiaK,
In your mv, the maximum amount of baked goods is about 500 grams, therefore it is not baked. And my mother cooks a frozen piece of meat in soup for 1 cycle! I'm in shock !!!
In general, I really like this baby! But I already have 3 Panasonic, there is nowhere else to put them, and there is enough, otherwise I would just buy it, and even for such a ridiculous price!
AnastasiaK
Yes, I know about 500 gr, but I really don't want to bake a low pancake, I wanted the same high as the 18th Panasonic. It didn't work, I had to bake it under the grill.Indeed, she is so pretty, light, simple. All the same, I will search, bake, I want magnificent pastries.
redleafa
Hurrah!!! in Yandexmarket I found this mule for 700 rubles. In lsdbazar !! Ordered to work and my partner home, boom to cook!
AnastasiaK
redleafa, Congratulations! She is so, so ... cute. I baked a chocolate muffin, it turned out fluffy, baked, tasty! True, only 3.5 cm high.
Take it for everyone who needs it, how much you can order, at this price it's just a delight!
Lerele
A good mullet, no fancy, but she cooks perfectly. I only have a slow cooker, the rest of the pressure cooker, I use it often. Now I've put the rice porridge, and I sit quietly working for myself.
Sapphire
In the Media Market in the Mega multicooker is 555 rubles.
Sens
Sapphire, in Adygea? There was no Media Markt in Mega before. opened ??
Sapphire
Yes, it opened on the same line with Leroy.

Question to the owners.

How many modes does it have (heating - don't count)?

Lud-Mil @
all15, four programs: milk porridge, soup, pastries, steaming.
all15
Uh huh ... thanks Lud-Mil @... The question was - backfill Five of them. Like
The first is the main one: cooking rice (or other crumbly porridge), that is, until the water evaporates.
Actually, this is the main thing that is provided by the design of the rice cooker with a central sensor.
And the other four you listed are just timed work.

Since the concept of how to turn on this mode is the result of reading the manual, but the rice cooker itself is not, then a volunteer is needed () to try in practice, if you understood the manual correctly.

The question was - backfill
A strange question.
If you need to find out something specific about the work of this multi, so you formulate more clearly what exactly interests you, we will try to help. And to do your homework "read the manual, complete the practical task and answer the teacher, as you understood the manual," hardly anyone will have a desire.
all15

... we will try to help.
OK.
So, the question (for filling .. porridge ... It was a pun. Unsuccessful, you see ..)

According to the manual, the start of the program for cooking crumbly porridge (rice) occurs "by default". That is, - First 1) load the cereal and water, then 2) plug into the outlet - AND EVERYTHING. If you do not press any buttons, the "before water evaporation" mode will start, that is, the main one.

Here.

Since this procedure in this thread was somehow not directly mentioned by anyone - and this strange question arose ...
And I still want to find out BEFORE buying.
Well, I don't believe that Panasonic can exist in nature without this basic mode ...

PS. The manual, by the way, was attached - for lifting in a hat. Or a file trailer (I can't do it).
To discuss together, if anything ... It's convenient ..
Lud-Mil @
Now the task is clear. I'll check it out now.
(It's just that at the moment I have a terribly slow Internet, because of this, I have neither the strength nor the time to follow the links.)
redleafa
Lord, why is there something incomprehensible? The simplest cartoon! And the best!
Side dishes from cereals - steamed, porridge on porridge, sautéed for soups - steamed or on porridge, stewing and soups on soup. For baking - baked goods and whatever you want. Use the modes as you want, there is nothing to bother there. Everything works out in her.
Lud-Mil @
So it means - they are lying in this manual. The cartoon stood with rice and water for half an hour, nothing turned on by itself, I just turned on Steam, the girls already wrote that this program works before the liquid evaporates, which means it is suitable for making crumbly cereals.
all15
Y-yes ... Thanks for the experiment, Lud-Mil @...
Only after your answer did I finally realize that I should have seen the original.
Already faced at the first Panasonic with losses during translation ... Instead of understandable international terms, Russian adaptation was invented - "Grechka" was there, and so on.
As soon as I remembered this, everything fell into place. Here is the English version:
🔗
"By default", of course, is not included. Something jammed me ... this is not viable. The people will burn everything, forgetting to insert the pan, for example ...
The first page is just a description of the preparation before pressing the buttons.
But with buttons - everything turns out to be simple:
1. Steaming is actually called Quick Cook / Steam.
We combined two modes at once. Yes ... but simplified ...
Two notes were removed, but it is indicative:
- When steaming food at same time as cooking rice, please select [White Rice] function.
- [Quick Cook / Steam] button can be used for quick cooking rice, please refer to P9 [White Rice] for detailed operations. As the cooking time is shortened, the rice may be harder or there may be rice crust.

2. Baking -> Brown Rice, that is - heavy cereals (brown rice, millet ...)
Here - the question ... Somehow it is - well, completely different. Is it really different for Russia? Panasonic's number is the same. I've never met this before ..
Description - miscellaneous.
Missing note
- Brown rice is a kind of rice which is difficult to cook. In the course of cooking, the rice shall be soaked for about 1 hour first, so that the rice grains can absorb enough water to achieve a satisfactory cooking effect.

Would check ... Load heavy cereals (millet, for example) and turn on this mode ...
Suddenly - cooked?

3. Milk porridge -> White Rice.
Similarly - very different modes ... One - before evaporation, the second - in time. Unclear...
Check - cook rice - boom?

4. Soup -> Porridge / Soup
Now it is logical that liquid porridge and soup are cooked equally.

In total - 2 modes are understandable, and 2 - something heaped up or with a translation, or all the same, changes in the algorithm specifically for the Russian version (in the latter - I don’t believe it, Panasonic has not done this before). For example Milk porridge and Soup are completely identical in the Russian version of the translation. Why is that? That is, in fact, there are 3 modes in it. Some kind of catch ...

PS. And in general - for the price of a pan - a wonderful thing.
The size of the pan would be 2 times smaller for her - the dream of all the grandmothers of Russia would be ..
Sone4ka
I read you and bought two at once - to my mother and mother-in-law) The mother-in-law put a charlotte - it turned out to be low, cool.
I decided to test my mother's copy on my own, bake a cake that was tested in all devices - alas, the trick did not work, it was also low, unbaked, although it contained about 400g in total.
It is clear that you need to adapt, but if anyone has a charlotte recipe tested in this multicooker, help out. It is necessary to rehabilitate urgently, until her mother-in-law sentenced her as unfit and removed to a far corner)
redleafa
You shouldn't be like that. Just think, it didn't work out once. Remember where you jammed? Cool, not baked? What was not reported - transferred? Remember childhood, pasta, too, probably did not work out right away? try again. The cartoon is so simple that you don't even have to think. Well, it is impossible to spoil anything in it!
The proven charlotte recipe that I baked in this cartoon:
1/2 teaspoon baking soda + 1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
3 eggs + 1/2 cup sugar + a pinch of salt - beat
1 cup flour
1-2 tablespoons cocoa
Frozen cherry
Grease a saucepan with the drain, pour half of the dough, spread the cherries, pour out the rest of the dough. For baking 1 cycle. All.
brendabaker
Girls, tell me
Who cooks brown rice in it,
Rice for sushi.
Japanese rice GOHAN,
How does she deal with her direct responsibilities?
Also cereals on the water, buckwheat, oats, pearl barley, wheat?
How do you turn off the heating, undesirable for brown rice, and really first soak it for 1 hour, as stated in the instructions (in English)
Thanks in advance
I am thinking about purchasing this rice cooker, but I am also very confused by the incomprehensible translation of the modes into Russian
BROWN RICE is not BAKERY at all,
WHITE RICE and MILK Porridge are two big differences

I wrote in support of PANASONIK, but so far there is no answer, and I myself could not find this model there, only a larger volume
Kestrel
Here:

On the "multicooker" forum, the topic for the same model: "Panasonic SR-DF101WTQ - impressions", p. 15, message dated October 01, 2014 15:48 - the link cannot be inserted here :-(

in the topic for this cartoon, I wondered about the same, wrote what I found.
brendabaker
Kestrel,
Thank you, it's a pity that there is also only a theory, I have not found any recipes
brendabaker
That is, according to the English text, this rice cooker has modes.
Express cooking / Steam,
White rice,
Brown rice
Viscous porridge in water / soup.
.
That is, on express rice, it will most likely be possible to make pilaf, boil potatoes.
On brown rice, buckwheat, barley
On porridge, stew vegetables and meat, make soup. (It is interesting to try milk porridge and cottage cheese casserole, dried fruit compote)
With baked goods, it seems that you can play on both programs, both brown and white rice, white rice is also suitable for steaming at a time.
Meat bread and just bread can also be tasted on brown or white rice.
Quite a decent rice cooker is obtained for a low price.
