redleafa,
Olga, I want to get a fully automatic milk porridge, without peeping.
In the SC, they taught me this way, as I showed. I threw everything, set the timer for 90 minutes and went into another room. The timer barked, I went and put the porridge on the plates. Time is not as important to me as what is cooking WITHOUT ME.
In 1.5 hours, you can take the dog out, wash your head, and do a lot of things.
I just got a LOT of porridge, 2-3 portions.
And with what grits and in what proportions it turns out on STEWING? Is it possible to make 1 serving on the machine and without the crust?
Or am I dreaming?
redleafa
You wrote in the last post, 1: 5, make 0.5: 2.5, for example, half a glass of cereal for 2.5 cups of liquid (I have milk and water in half)
vernisag
Oksan, so, and you used to cook porridge in what proportions? I always cook rice 1: 5 or 1: 6, in any cartoons.
Anastasenok
brendabaker, try to change her saucepan. With a saucepan from a cooker, Orsson Marta became the most decent and successful slow cooker for me
brendabaker
vernisag,
Russian rice takes more liquid than Japanese rice.
I cooked according to a recipe book, 4 glasses of liquid + cereal
And for this program, the QUANTITY OF LIQUID is fundamentally important.
And in order for the program to work for 1 hour 30 minutes, until the end and shut down itself, you need 5 glasses of liquid + cereal, then a little liquid will remain at the bottom.
Otherwise, the liquid will boil off earlier and the porridge will fry, the sensor will work and the device will turn off from overheating, emergency, so to speak.
That is, you can cook porridge on the machine only NOT LESS THAN FROM 5 glasses of liquid.

(The STEAM program will stop after 70 minutes, even if there is still liquid in the pot
The MILK porridge program will stop after 1 hour and 30 minutes, even if there is liquid in the pot. If there is less liquid, then it is turned off by the sensor when the liquid has completely evaporated and browning begins.
For meat and vegetables, this is the same, but for cereals it is undesirable.)

redleafa,
Will not come out on the machine
2.5 cups of liquid will boil off earlier than after 1.5 hours, the porridge will be cooked, the sensor will work and turn off the device in 40-50 minutes.
Anastasenok,
TO Multicooker Panasonic SR-DF101
The bowls are completely different. Oursson Already and higher, plus my favorite cooker helps me out every day, and this new stray is not a fact that I will get accustomed at all.
The service center told me directly that I had bought a UNSUCCESSFUL model, not very suitable for the Russian market and nothing can be done with it, it is designed for cooking Japanese rice, according to their technology.
They advised me to stew meat and vegetables in it, here I agree, they will only have a crust as a plus.
So for now, my most obedient and beloved simple cartoon is again Redmond 02.
redleafa
Look where the dog rummaged! So I think, why don't I cook porridge in it? I cooked it a couple of times, not really, I have 10 for porridge. And in this I make other different dishes. But sometimes I make porridge in it quickly, on stewing, as I wrote to you. About 20-30 minutes, when I forget to put it on for the night.
brendabaker
redleafa,

I myself only learned about the shutdown after 1 hour 30 minutes of work in the SC,
And immediately laid out the recipe for porridge for 5 cups and explanations so that everyone would also know.
Lerele
brendabaker, but is this not in the instructions about an hour and a half ??? And the soup is also prltora.
You write such horrors, I have nothing fried in it, no porridge, no rice, no pasta.
And I cooked porridge a lot and a little at all. Maybe your copy is so unfortunate, but I'm very pleased with mine. But I needed it for side dishes and porridge.
It took me a long time to bake, I did it once and that's it. But the soups became in it, especially in the heat.

brendabaker
Lerele,
The instructions for the milk porridge program indicate the rate of 1 m glass of rice and 4 glasses of water, which does not work on OUR rice.
How it works for you, I can not say anything, the products are clearly different.
Mine is frying, I tested it in a branded service center on Shabolovka, I have an act that my device is working properly and the advice of the master who did the diagnostics, which I gave.
The master told me there that the device was made according to Japanese technology and should fry.
And precisely because of this, I was not able to submit it for cancellation.
I can’t say anything about the operation of your appliance, because I don’t see your photos and the exact recipes for cooking on the DAIRY Porridge program
Probably then the difference in the operation of your and my device will become visible and we will be able to draw conclusions.

Irsha,
Ira, any timer can chirp, even a telephone, you just have to remember the number of products and the time.
Ira, have you ever cooked rice in it? On milk porridge?
Moya prepares 1m glass of long rice + 1.75m glass of water in 38-40 minutes. then it turns off, and yours? Is it really 1.5 hours?
I have a * cellophane * crust at the bottom, do you?

Girls, we discussed the MILK Porridge program for cooking cereals, side dishes and pasta WITHOUT SAUCE
The program is PAIRED, and we did not discuss the SOUP, they are clear ..

redleafa,
Olya, I made a note about stewing, THANKS.
Suddenly, too, when you need to do it quickly.
Gathering experience, so to speak.
I still can't figure out how I can stew meat and potatoes better?
Do I need to add liquid, it is unlikely that the SOUP mode, EXTINGUISHING will work with little vein.
And if there is a lot, then how can you not make boiled instead of stew?
Or is it better to take the milk porridge mode and let it evaporate and fry?
It is not clear yet, in short.
redleafa
Make meat and potatoes by steaming. It usually turns off after a few minutes. Turn on steam cooking again, and you will be happy. Decide for yourself whether you need water or not. I like drier and I don't add boiling water to the bottom, but my mother likes it to add boiling water to the eye like with gravy. Solyanka is also steamed.
brendabaker
redleafa,
Olya, THANKS, the most important thing is to start, I cooked porridge yesterday, but I was happy, I don’t know who.
Now I am mastering the MILK porridge mode.
I loved its soft, delicate boil. Porridge did not even rise, not to run away.
I’ll try to stew potatoes in milk in it, or I’ll work out something else.
It is a pity that there are few recipes for this model both on the Internet and here on the thread.
They remembered about ON STEAM, I do this in a cooker and I know that it is delicious with a crust.
Haven't tried it here yet, thanks for the idea

redleafa,
Olya, yesterday I received a directive about stewing meat and vegetables in a cartoon, so I'm doing it.
By the way, I liked it, the taste is delicate and everything is soft, but not overcooked

Added on Tuesday 13 Sep 2016 05:24 PM

Ol, about PAIR, we passed this moment with Redmond 01.
Try for about 5 minutes with the lid closed, the pan will warm up and some sensor in the lid will think that everything is okay. Then we open and boldly fry.
When you write a recipe, all the subtleties are hard to mention.
Lerele
brendabaker, well, I cook porridge according to my recipe, 1 tbsp (200 ml) of rice per liter of milk.
That is 1 to 5. In Russia, the mother-in-law cooked from your rice in the same saucepan, nothing was fried. It did not occur to me to take a photo, it cooks perfectly, there were no complaints.
As I cook porridge, I will definitely take a photo.
Well, the steam mode is for me for side dish rice, buckwheat, pasta. Here at the end there is a small crust, as it were, I will not say what it is frying, but nevertheless there is a small crust, I just stir after turning off and that's it.
brendabaker
Lerele,
Irina, then you, too, cook not according to the instructions, but according to the mind.
And cook A LOT, that's the reason.
And I cooked according to the instructions, from 640 ml of milk.
That is why the result is so different.
As soon as I began to cook from 800 ml of milk, everything was crustless.
It would be good to record a successful experience so that newbies can use it (IMHO), (because if I knew earlier that he wouldn't cook porridge for 2 glasses of milk, I would NEVER buy it.)

There is a small crust where there is oil, that in this PANASONIC, that in my Oursson with one button. And, if you do not put oil at all, then foam may come out through the valve, depending on the products. (I'm already writing about Steam)
Lerele
brendabaker, I sometimes cook from half a liter of milk. We have a heat, it will end, I'll cook and take a picture from half a liter.
brendabaker
In short, I took my PANASONIK, put it neatly in its box and took it to the trash heap.
May the Lord give it to the one to whom it will be in joy.
And let this mistake of mine remain in the past.

Oksana, this is the simplest 4-button cartoon, the modes are stationary, they do not depend on anything - no products

slightly different temperatures on the buttons and that's it

and what you put in the bowl, at what temperature you will cook - you will get

time is also determined, from products it will not become less or more

take your baby back she is good

and meat with potatoes = on soup, in all multicooker on soup the temperature is kept around 100 *, very good for stewing

Sveta, I bought it for high-quality cooking of rice ..
And she cooks devzire and basmati rice for me with a crust ..
and because of 100g of barilla pasta and 200 ml of water, the foam poured through the valve onto it and all over the table.
It's cheaper for me to throw it away than to spoil the food and my nerves. especially since it consumes 50% more electricity than my Redmond 02 and Oursson 1010.
It's not profitable to cook soup in it, and I don't need so much milk porridge.

My experience of contacting the PANASONIK service center, maybe someone will come in handy.
First, the manager called me, Maxim, and said that their master cooked porridge in my multicooker according to the instructions and he succeeded and therefore they wrote me an act stating that the device was fixed (lied)
When I arrived, the master confirmed to me that they check all the multicooker before sending them to the store exactly according to the recipe book. (Lied)
When the porridge fell with a crust and they saw it, they started running around and calling some Galya, whose mother has such a slow cooker.
They delivered the verdict, you were out of luck, you got an unsuccessful model, they ALL go home with it and cook somehow.
They refused to accept it for repair, or write it off after it failed testing.
That is, they just * washed their hands, * leaving me to solve my problems myself.

Hello. My multicooker has no cap in the valve. tell me, will it affect her work? And what is it made of? is it possible to replace it with something?
madames
Girls! I have this Panasechka at home. I liked it very much. The plastic is of high quality, the steamer is not flimsy, as in other mvs, there are such in the cabinet. The bowl is solid and durable. Now you need to make friends with her and cook rice for a side dish first. Which mode to choose-steam? and 1: 1 or 1: 1.25 water. What do you advise? I will cook tomorrow, because today it is not planned to cook.

I don't know anything about the cap, the valve is in the form of a hollow tube with a membrane at the end and that's it.
madames
Well, I tried to cook millet porridge in Panasonic, and in milk 1: 6 \ water 2merki \. And it turned out to be a little gruel, that is, a smear without grains. I did not expect such a result. We'll have to reduce the cooking time. I will try another time to boil millet in water, maybe with grains. Oh, this cartoon is strong to know. Nothing stuck and the sides of the bowl are clean. In other cartoons, the porridge is slightly different.
Lerele
madames, I have it since 2013, it turns out, the plastic is still white, a saucepan with slight scuffs.
And I still have grains, although I like boiled cereals, so that they are soft.
Here we argued with someone about this mule, but I love her dearly, everything works very well for me, and porridge, and soup, and cereals with macaroons on the steam program work out great.
I won't bake it, but I cook something almost every day.
I hope you will get accustomed to the little one.
madames
Lereleis already taking root. I like her sincerely. And all so pleasant, I want to touch it all the time. I'll buy rice and try it as a side dish. How did you cook the rice? For a couple? proportions are possible. I have already made it only for cereals, side dishes and compotik. And baking is wonderfully simple - in Hitachi. Ready-made pies themselves jump onto the table. I just grease the bowl with soft butter. And I want to try macaroshki in this Panasonic. Let's see how they come out. The day before yesterday I made pasta in March, slightly cover the water with salt water and for "pasta". I had to add hot water 2 times quietly. In general, it was not ice. You have to chew hard and + fried from the bottom. I don't know how much hot water to pour into Martha's bowl at once. Or the pasta is wrong.

Strange, but - I know that I will find mutual understanding with Panasonic 101 because I love her dearly. Like everyone who immediately understands that this is precisely his soulful Thing. This rarely happens because sometimes you yourself do not know what you need for the fullness of being.
Lerele
madames, I cook all the cereals 1: 2, put a little oil, cereal, salt, pour boiling water. It can be cold, but somehow I like boiling water more.
Pasta too, oil, salt, boiling water, just above the pasta.
I have it just for cereals and side dishes, less often I make soup, so when very little is needed, then in it.
madames
Lerele, well, let's try side dishes 1: 2. It's good that they answered. The weather is sunny and warm today +20. and I want to live.
