Ingredients

Puff yeast dough 500 g
Minced meat 1 kg
Any mushrooms 500 g
Medium bulbs 2 pcs
Potatoes
Milk
Butter
Egg 1 PC
Sesame

Cooking method

  • Lubricate the oven sheet with butter
  • The dough in the package was divided into four sheets, 1 sheet of dough will be laid down, we will spread the filling on top, we will cover everything with the second sheet and connect the edges with the bottom sheet of dough.
  • Filling:
  • Stew the minced meat in a pan, add salt, pepper, spread the finished minced meat in the first layer.
  • Then simmer mushrooms and onions in the same pan, spread the finished mushrooms in a second layer.
  • The third layer is ordinary crushed potatoes, with its help we kind of "envelop" the filling so that the minced meat does not crumble in different directions.
  • The filling is ready.
  • Now cover the filling with a second sheet of dough (as I said), grease the pie with egg yolk on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • We bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees until golden brown.
