  • Potato soup (multicooker Stadler Form) An old Russian recipe from the book "cares and joys of a farmer", added only croutons. Cut the meat and lightly fry on the frying program for 15 minutes, turn off the program. I added whole peeled vegetables carrots and onions to the bowl (I didn't have celery and parsley), poured 1.5 liters of hot water and turned on the "soup" program for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Peel and grate potatoes on a medium grater (I grated in a food processor). An hour later, she opened the lid of the multicooker, took out the vegetables and added potatoes, butter, salt to the broth, mixed, closed the multicooker and left it until the end of the program. According to the recipe, another teaspoon of semolina is added, I did not add. I cut the white bread into small pieces, dried it, then sprinkled it with cheese and brown it in the airfryer. After the signal, I left the soup on the warmer for twenty minutes. Ready potato soup is served with sour cream, herbs and, if desired, with such croutons. Bon Appetit!

I cooked with pork, but I think it will be very tasty with chicken and even just with mushrooms (in the post).
