Baked potatoes with meat (in a multicooker Stadler Form)

Ingredients

pork 500 g
potatoes 8-10 pcs
turnip onion 1-2 pcs
vegetable oil 2 tbsp
salt, spices to taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the meat into portions.
  • Install the "Fry" program.
  • Pour vegetable oil into a preheated multicooker bowl and fry the meat on both sides until golden brown (10 minutes on each side).
  • Cut the onion into half rings and fry with the meat for another 5 minutes.
  • Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes, add to the meat. Salt, pepper and mix everything well.
  • Turn off the "Frying" mode.
  • Set the "Baking" mode, time 40 minutes. Stir after 20 minutes.
