Dough:

75 gr. margarine (I have butter)
2 eggs

Lubrication:
2 yolks
2 tbsp. l. milk

Heat the milk a little and dissolve the yeast in it.
Melt butter (margarine) until liquid.

Mix sugar, kefir, eggs, salt; add yeast with milk and butter.
Gradually introduce sifted flour into the resulting mixture. Knead everything. The dough should be smooth, elastic (not tight !!!) and not stick to your hands.
Grease a saucepan with vegetable oil, put the dough in it and put in a warm place for an hour and a half. The dough will rise almost three times.
(((I did everything in HP on the "Pelmeni" mode, at the end of the program I forgot about the dough for 1.5 hours)))
Sprinkle the table with flour, put the dough on it. And sculpt any shapes.
Place the finished products on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil (or margarine) and put in a warm place for 30 minutes, grease them with a mixture of yolks and milk.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.

It turned out that there is no need to salt these mushrooms at all, they are self-sufficient. Mushrooms in sour cream turned out to be the most delicious (softer and juicier). Lubricated them with a silicone brush (holding by the leg) with a 1-2mm layer of ordinary sour cream and lowered them to the bottom with the leg on a high lattice. Whoever has a perforated pallet, it is better on it, otherwise the hats will stick to the lattice. The legs pulled out from the stuffed mushrooms were also fried in sour cream.

What I found positive in him:
1) During frying the chicken in two steps (on the upper and lower grills at the same time), 0.5 liters of FAT flowed to the bottom! She put it in, salt it - turned it on - left the kitchen to finish reading the forum - Tink! - came, pulled out, ate. The crust turned out to be uniform on all sides, nothing burnt, as it used to happen in a frying pan without turning.
2) Saving oil. When frying in an airfryer, you can forget about pans.
3) Washing the flask. Many people complain ... For me, it is much more difficult to scrape off a frying pan from fish or cracklings. Then I turn on Self-Cleaning, fold it inside the grate, and then wipe it with a cloth with detergent, rinse it in the sink - 99% pure. 1% - it was a shish kebab, everything was splattered so much that I didn't even hope to wash it off, but everything was wiped off quite simply.
4) Cupcakes. One batch of 8-12 8cm muffins is baked in 15 minutes - the baking speed cannot be compared to the oven. I liked that I can run into the kitchen, quickly knead the dough in a mug and bake 3-4 muffins.
5) Cupcake molds are washed on the same Self-Cleaning, the grill turns into a dishwasher! The water swirls and cleans well of adhering pieces.
6) Proofing the dough. It is convenient to put a thermometer and a glass cup with dough covered with something in the AG. The temperature and progress of the process are visible. A kind of thermos with manual heating.
7) Drying greens ... and rags (scarves, socks, etc.) What a sin to hide? There was a case ... I got the potholder soiled, washed and dried it, because it was urgently needed.
8) While not in use, plates and all sorts of small things are stored in the flask. Anyway, a large comfortable "basin".

Minuses:
1) still takes place, electricity eats.
2) Until he finds his "corner" in the kitchen, he will interfere.
3) When working, it gets very hot, you can get burned.
4) The equipment is meager, you need to buy a solid tray, a tray with holes and a middle wire rack.

In general, if anyone else doubts, my verdict is: take! I have it for three or four months, but from the very first cooking I realized that I would never have it as a toy that I played enough and threw it away. He has a legal stationary place that no other device can take away from him. Even if I never do baking or seaming in it, it more than justifies its existence with fish and meat. And in the summer I plan to try it as a dryer.
