Cooking method

  • I saw this cookie in Julia La Perla's magazine from LJ and just fell in love with him at first sight! So the dough is from the little girl, the shape is from Julia, and the cream is from me! Here's a prefabricated and very successful recipe!
  • First let's prepare cream caramel:
  • I will make a reservation in advance. that in the original 1/4 tsp salt is added, I replaced it with soy sauce.
  • So, pour 55 g of sugar into a high saucepan with a thick bottom, heat it without interfering (I just turned the saucepan, taking it in my hands and tilting it from a groan to the side) until it completely dissolves, it turns out caramel of this color.
