What Dax, cartoon model please .....

Dex 60 model!
Lozja
Girls, is there anyone here? I have included a curd soufflé, but I doubt it over time. Does this cartoon bake a lot? Is the standard 40 minutes enough for all sorts of cupcakes, pies, biscuits? This is so that I get my bearings.
I turned it on in a dex pan for 50 minutes. According to the recipe for Panasonic, 60 minutes are needed, for Dex - 40 minutes. Now I sit and think ... the souffle is a delicate thing, suddenly I didn't guess.
Anchytka
I put different biscuits for 60 minutes, once I baked a cheesecake for 60 minutes too. Lozja, how did you get the curd soufflé?

Lozja, how did you get the curd soufflé?
Nonsense turned out, the bottom was baked normally like this, but inside it was damp. And what is the most interesting, the sides are stuck, it's in a Dex pan! I came to the conclusion that it still exists - the notorious 3D in Dax, because although there are also hot baked goods, it really goes somehow the same from all sides, it warms up in the sense, at least, in Dax it does not happen that the bottom and sides were baked differently.
But soufflé is such a capricious thing. Yesterday I was terribly upset, I wanted to return it, and then I calmed down, now my father-in-law is cooking rice, and I had to start with it. Put 1 glass of rice and 2 glasses of water for 35 minutes on the Groats. Will watch.
Lozja
And when baking, do you put a piece of paper on the bottom in this cartoon?
* Anyuta *
Ksyu, you don't put much time ...
The power of the scarlet is 700 watts (almost the same as in the Panas - 670 watts), and the dex has 980 (!) ..
I never bake anything in Panas for less than 65 minutes ...
And given that the dex pan is thick, that is, it still needs time to warm up ... that is, I would put 65-70 minutes ..

And for rice, too, I set a little time .. 5-10 minutes you need to add another 100% ...
Have you tracked the "accuracy" of time and mischief?
I have a discrepancy (if I'm not mistaken now) for 1 minute - 10 seconds

So I also thought so at first, and then I saw the bottom, what is the bottom then, if you put more time? No, I didn't time it.
That is, the standard time on Krupy is also suitable for 1 st. rice, and for 3?

And you, don't compare it with Panasik, Panasik won't bake the bottom like that in life, in it there is heating according to a different principle somehow. Once I was surprised when I was still selling equipment, and Panasik checked for heating for the first time, as usual she turned on the Heating and held my hand not to the heating element. And he is not heated a fig. And then it turned out that the walls are heated on the heating, not the heating element. How! Japan, damn it!

The rice is ready. If I had put 40 minutes, and not 35, it would have been a bit drier, but even so it is quite normal. It depends for what purpose you need it.

Well, this is sacred ...
with the bottom - FIG knows! Maybe the soufflé was "dense"?

I cook oatmeal in milk. I like how it boils on Kasha - almost imperceptibly so - boole ..... boom ... slightly so. Fine! I’ll probably even venture to entrust her with a biscuit for my birthday tomorrow, what the hell is not kidding. In general, I drive it today in the tail and mane, and then tomorrow I will give it to you with peace of mind.

No, well ... while I was writing and sending, my porridge almost escaped through the valve, here's the bullet for you.

Yeah, now tell me, it's better to take your own pan or from Dax for this. To me so that it is baked inside, and so that the bottom is not too fried. And a piece of paper to the bottom, right? And how much time to put? 60 minutes or more if in a thick-walled saucepan?
Vitaok
Oksan, come on
I don't lay the paper, I just grease it, everything jumps out perfectly anyway. I put it in my home for 1 hour. In the Chinese thick type Dex - 1 h. 10 min.
Lozja
Yeah thanks.
True, it is already being baked, she has laid a piece of paper. I remembered that I saw pictures of the bottom here after baking, so I was reinsured. If I had time to read that you can't lay a piece of paper, then maybe I would have taken a chance. I put it in my own saucepan for 1 hour 10 minutes, but in an hour I'll look in and check it out. Perhaps, because of the paper, these 10 minutes will not be superfluous.
By the way, I checked the time on the timer, 1 minute is 1 minute, well, maybe a second difference, no more. And then, it is not known who is lying - a Chinese slow cooker or a Chinese timer.
Lozja
I am directly chronicling here. My biscuit was baked, it turned out low, but the cartoon had nothing to do with it. I'm stupid, I had to experiment in my cartoon, for objectivity. And I took my favorite Vanilla on boiling water and added cocoa to it for the first time, and either that spoonful of flour that I added was extra, or the cocoa precipitated the dough, but already at the kneading stage I saw that the dough was not very fluffy, more dense. That's why it turned out low. But what I want to say, I haven’t looked inside yet, but it feels like everything is fine there in the sense of being baked. There was a piece of paper at the bottom, the bottom was beautiful, without roastiness, the sides did not stick, the top was even. Baked for 1 hour and 6 minutes. At the same time, I put the same white biscuit in my cartoon, it turned out almost twice as high, but there the dough was much fluffier, so it stuck in places, such an infection. That happens rarely, but it happens, apparently, my pots have already worn out a bit.
In general, I was satisfied with the baking in Scarletka.
Vitaok
Oksan, and low is how much? My standard 8 cm is a regular sponge cake, chocolate on boiling water.

Oksan, and low is how much? I have a standard 8 cm regular biscuit, boiled chocolate.

And, chocolate on boiling water is, in principle, a very large biscuit, here it should turn out completely different. I didn’t measure it with a ruler, but I’m saying, I’m hardly guilty of the cartoon, I’ve already seen it from the dough - it’s not that, the dough was more like a cupcake than like a biscuit. Well, as if there was an extra spoonful of flour, I banged it with a fool, big, with a slide.

I still need to bake bread today, white. I'll throw it in Scarlet too, we'll see. I will no longer lay a piece of paper, bread is not such a delicate product, nothing will be for him.
Lozja
I continue the chronicle, suddenly someone will come in handy. Yesterday I baked white bread, the most common one. Well what can I say - so light, I did not even expect. That is, I thought the bottom would be more tanned, but it turned out to be so soft-light. Baked for 1 hour, then turned over and another 35 minutes. In principle, the bread is ready in 1 hour, but I want a crust on all sides, so I still turn it over. Scarletka bakes wonderful bread!
The only thing is that after baking it is necessary to immediately get it out, I left it on Heating for 15 minutes, I was just busy, I could not take out the bread on time, and a little condensation was poured from the top of the valve and from the sides - from the silicone ring. In general, do not leave on heating!

Girls, can you tell me how to manage the time of the skarloshi? I bought it yesterday, prepares delicious things, but if, for example, you need to cook for 10 minutes, I put it on all the time, and then I just take it out of the network. It is right? she won't rebel?
lyudo4ka
The time is adjusted with the "Timer" button. If the program needs to be interrupted in advance, press the "Disable" button (aka "Yogurt / Warm / Disable").

In general, pulling from the network immediately is not the case. Any program can be turned off by clicking the Disable button (in the same place where Yoghurt is written). And as far as I remember (and I already gave the cartoon to the owners), on Zharka, the time is not set at all, there are dashes running around in a circle. Just turn on the program and fry, fried as much as you need and clicked Disable. And on other programs, the time is changed with the Timer button, in order to set a time less than the standard default, you need to fast forward to the maximum. The only thing is that you need to change the time quickly, after 5 blinks the program starts working. While flashing 5 times - then you need to quickly change the time.

Happy purchase, countrywoman!

Girls (and maybe boys), I have a question about the Scarlet bowl 411 (410). Anyuta wrote that the Dexian bowl came up like a friend. What model? or just choose 4 liters? If anyone knows please drop the link
T @ n @
:) Good evening, members of the forum! Today I bought this MB model. Honestly, speaking, I have always been categorically against MV-rock, because I cook well myself and love the cooking process itself. While I was waiting for my son from class, I decided to cook milk porridge for dinner for a side dish with chicken, but milk rice porridge is a troublesome business, because it burns, well, I remembered about CF, which everyone praises, especially in the preparation of cereals. I went into the store and chose the cheapest one (1850 rubles), in general I didn't even look at it, I just made sure that there was a "porridge" button and I also liked the "yogurt" function. Already on the way home I began to doubt whether I needed it and maybe it was not in vain that it was so cheap. Upon arrival home, I climbed into net and found your forum, by the way, many thanks to * Anyuta * and Vitaok for the topic and a detailed description of the development of this technique. After reading all this, I realized that I will not take it tomorrow, but I will intensively use the first two weeks to make sure that there is no marriage and everything works as it should. In addition, it is necessary to please the husband who is staring at me with delicious treats, because in my ooooooooo little kitchen there is no longer any place for all the e-mails. arr.: MV, HB, mixers, blenders, meat grinders, juicers, etc., etc. In general, until new messages, but it's time for me to try porridge!

She wrote from Dax 60 (as I understand it is Dex DMC-60). Somewhere else they wrote that a bowl from PHILIPS HD 3736 (HD3033 / 3036, 4L) is suitable. I quote from there: "it has a much better quality non-stick coating and is heavier than the base one. Checked!"

Yes, that's right Dex 60. And also Philips 3039.

Where are you living? In Russia, there are no Dex pans, but Filip pots should be.

From Phillips I saw the bowls on the Citylink website.

T @ n @, congratulations on your purchase. This model is very good for baking and side dish cereals, but with the milk in it, something did not grow together, and more

I liked the "yogurt" function.
Unfortunately, this function, or rather the button with this inscription, is purely a marketing ploy, and the function itself is not in this model as such. You can use this MB for yoghurt as a thermos.
I hope it didn't upset you too much. In all other respects, this is a great cartoon. ...
T @ n @
lyudo4ka, thanks!
I baked lemon biscuit, stewed chicken offal, cooked porridge, in principle everything turned out delicious, by the way I fried one onion for a long time, and then, together with the ventricles, everything did not turn off for the frying function and the MV. And today, just, I went to the site to find out how things are with yogurt ... and was upset. If anyone made and got a good result of yogurt or fermented baked milk, share your experience.

Girls, I understand that Frying in this cartoon is her weak point? That is, not the program itself, but if you fry a little food, right?
Yesterday I fried onions, carrots and garlic just a little bit and I closed the lid, fried for 3 minutes everything was fried

oh, my pastries, my buns are not very good! I decided to cook for the first time
ok at least nothing stuck to the bottom

Hello Virgins! I did not think and did not guess, but I got to the multicooker lovers club))) Unexpectedly for myself I became the owner of this device (I received it as a gift when buying a refrigerator))). I reread all 14 pages. There is a question. By trial and error, you came to the conclusion that it is better to fry with the lid open, that it is better not to use a small amount of food, because it can overheat, etc. But all this is clearly spelled out in the instruction manual. Or is it just now being entered?
py. sy. I haven't cooked it in a slow cooker yet, only yesterday I "boiled" a lemon in it. Today I think to cook chicken hearts in it.

Hello everyone ! Not so long ago I got this MV, accidentally got it from tenants without a bowl, but working. I brought it to the dacha and decided to try it. At home there is a smaller Teflon bowl for baking. I pushed it into a mulivark, poured the biscuit dough and put it on baking. I will say right away that there were no instructions or a recipe book for it. AND ABOUT! Miracle! the biscuit is baked. I was extremely surprised by this! A few days later my friend had the same slow cooker and she gave me her bowl to try. So I, like a madwoman, cooked cakes in the country every other day. But autumn came and I moved to the apartment. By this time, I had already bought my bowl, read a bunch of reviews and recipes. Found a recipe book on the internet. I brought her home from the dacha and decided to try to cook something in it, and of course start with frying, since I already knew that this was her sore spot. And what do you think? Yes yes exactly. She took it and broke. True, I fried water in it and it worked for 32 minutes))). It was yesterday. And today I fixed it myself and successfully fried chicken in it! Many thanks to the girls for not being lazy and writing reviews, recipes and giving advice !!!!! On my own I will try to create a topic about fixing multi with my own hands (with instructions only for girls).

For info - in January 2015 I ordered two bowls for multi-chash
1. Bowl Eco 4.0 l. - 690 rubles each 2. Bowl Proff G3 4.0 l. - with anti-vandal reinforced teflon coating "Kvantanium" 1500 r
Fits great on 411 Scarlet
Eco - just aluminum, you can poke around with any ladles / spoons / forks, but it is not recommended to leave sour food for storage, only for cooking, and then transfer. Proff - you can use metal spoons / ladles, but you cannot cut the coating and use abrasive materials. In Profffe I used metal spoons and a ladle, but I didn't scrub much, of course, I cooked food in it and kept it.
Soon two years old my cups are as good as new with almost daily use. Recommend!
And the multicooker itself is already 4 years old, I have never regretted it! For all the time, they just replaced the connector where the cord is inserted. It was I somehow so actively trying to shove the cord that I broke this connector nafik ...
A friend bought the same MV on my advice, I gave it to my mother and mother-in-law, everyone really likes
The mother-in-law, following my example, practically switched to her in cooking, she mostly fries on the gas stove, and only soups / stews / cereals are in her beloved MVarochka!
Although it is unpretentious, the programs are enough for me. And I bought quite inexpensively, something about 2 tons. R. It seems to me that the most important thing is the main modes of cooking, porridge and stewing. Everything else can be obtained by combining them. So don't chase brands! And inexpensive hackneyed CFs are also very up to date!
