Girls with Skarlusha, how do you make soups?

As well as in any other cartoons - without piling up "to the bunk" ... it is in the scarlet above the 8 mark that I do not put anything!

Yesterday I found out that the bottom is leveling

Interestingly, this will somehow affect the quality of cooking?

Yes, I did not heap. Here is a photo of borsch

Yes, I did not heap.

Well then, everything is correct .. you should have it boil .. When the soup was boiled on your stove, it boils there too ... stewing on the stove is almost impossible! And the lid from the pan will also get all "splashes" from boiling ..
* Anyuta *
I don’t remember the 100% quality of my pan, but the fact that it "wiped" is for sure. while it is not reflected in cooking!
* Anyuta *
I made an omelet in scarlet ... no delight ... compared to panas - far from ice .. in panas the omelet went up to the lid ... there was "at one time" ...

I did it like this ..
fried sausage and bread ...

Well I wrote to Scarlet and this is what they answered me:

Your message
Hello! After 3 days of use, Scarlett SC-411 noticed that the bottom of the saucepan began to flatten on one side, and a barely noticeable pattern remained from the embossed coating. The coating itself is intact without scratches or any damage. Will this affect the operation of the multicooker and the quality of the dishes?

Victoria, good afternoon. What you write about will not in any way affect the quality of the multicooker and the quality of the dishes.

Hello!
Recently I became the owner of the Scarlett sc-411 multicooker. I just can't figure out the Fry function. Is it possible to fry with the lid closed or is it necessary to open the lid when using this mode. If it is still impossible when closed, what mode can replace frying with the lid closed? Help me please. Thank you very much in advance.

Help me please. Thank you very much in advance.

I don’t fry anything with the lid closed, because then condensation will collect under the lid - for example, I don’t need it ... to fry with the lid closed is actually using the "Quenching" mode ... - You can try " FRY "on the" Steamer "program
ivtans
I tried frying with the lid open. Immediately there was a smell of plastic, and then the E2 error was displayed on the screen. So I thought, maybe I should have closed it all the same.
* Anyuta *
If such an error appears, then the pan is either overheated already, or there is no oil, or what you fried has taken over the "overcooked crust" - see exactly the post (mine) that you quoted (about frying onions and carrots)
Vitaok
In all likelihood, this mode works with the lid open.I fried frozen legs and they splashed a lot, I decided to close the lid, I opened the valve so after 2 or 2 MV, without any signal, I just stopped frying. I opened the lid and the program began to fry further.
ivtans
Fried cutlets today! Everything turned out great !!! It smelled of nothing, except for cutlets and gave no error. Fried with the lid open! Fried perfectly, then stewed it again. It turned out so delicious !!! I don't understand what the secret is in the multicooker, why is it tastier than on the stove ?!
Vitaok
Well yes! Really tastier and more satisfying. I don’t remember where I read that after a multicooker meal I don’t feel like eating any longer. I completely agree with this. Maybe because vitamins do not evaporate as much as from a simple saucepan.

Pryuvet everyone from the Urals! from Yekaterinburg. I accidentally stumbled across the internet on copper on this topic of multi Scarlet enthusiasts, caught fire, ordered in an internet store and yesterday became the owner of Scarlett SC 411 for 3000 rubles, why her? I think we need to test the cheap model for now, fearing that I will push it into the closet. My goal from her: this is to throw food into it in the evening and in the morning so that there is no one to wake up and have breakfast hot and quietly dump to work)) First of all, as the girl who created the topic described, I steamed it with lemon, and today I decided to stir up the first dish omelet , here I rummaged around did not find a recipe for one serving, namely, no one does not describe on which program to cook it, I will describe my actions in order, but this is not a recipe, but I just want to consult with everyone, so: I cooked for one, 3 eggs, 1 ms of milk , 2st. spoons of sour cream and 2 sausages and a piece of gray bread cut, put on "Pastry" but step there is 30 minutes in total (which means that later this program will not work for an omelet!), sat down opposite and waited so that after 20 minutes it was forced to turn it off, BUT! after 15 minutes she made a sound and passed out herself, and the display went out completely as if it was disconnected from the network. The omelet itself went out to 4k hard, 5k probably would have put it if there was a loaf or black sour Borodino bread)) he kept the shape by the way, the rules. tilted the pot and it rolled out onto the dish, the pot remained clean without sticking and burning, in general I am satisfied, but I have a couple of questions on the topic, as I wrote already, I want to cook with postponed. start in the morning and for 1 serving, omelet and porridge (semolina, buckwheat, rice, corn, millet), so that's the question on which program and in what proportions should I cook for 1 serving for ex. start? 🔗
* Anyuta *
Everyone has a different portion "for one" ... but I don't recommend cooking porridge with a delayed start (especially for the first time) in this cartoon ... .. it's not panasik anyway !!!
For the experiment, "chat" the porridge when you are at home, in order to at least track 5-7 hours ... if the milk does not turn sour and the porridge does not run away, then you can leave it overnight.
Vitaok
My daughter makes it for 1 egg, a little milk and salt. Today I did it on a "double boiler" for 10 minutes. I didn't even have time to scream, but she rolled that pancake onto a plate (you can't put it otherwise) and went to breakfast.
capAmerika
Serving for a man height: 1.78m weight 78kg average build but if it's serious just an average goal to have breakfast for a man and run away, try with a delayed start, of course, I will be there for the first time, but what proportions, what programs? In my life, I haven't cooked anything at the stove except for omelette, you should know, all the hostesses and multivarshitsa
Vitaok
Rice not thick porridge: 0.5 m / st of rice, 1 m / st of water, 1.5 m / st of milk. Approximately your portion. Salt, sugar to your liking. Maslechko sl. also. Use the butter in the bowl to rim the milk. This is not to run away milk. You can also put in the steamer basket, it also stops the milk. Do this under control, and then decide which method suits you best.
Vitaok
and leave 50 min by default. as suggested by MV, and then decide more or less time you need
capAmerika
It turned out very thick, probably you need to set it for 40 minutes. Porridge with Teflon shnyags, was that? Are these bowls generally inappropriate or what?
Vitaok
Or increase the proportion of liquid. Rice is also different.
There was no Teflon in food for sure. The bottom is quietly leveled, but does not fly off. And I have not read any complaints about the bowls anywhere. On the contrary, they write that Scarlet's bowls are good.
capAmerika
Hmm, but a bowl can be found and ceramics, it’s easy to drive around the shops with a sample, DEKSovskie apparently you only have in Ukraine, I don’t see them in Russia, and even more so here in Eburg, while I’m attentive, I almost fed the little one with this porridge, good that spatula upside down began to put into the dish.
Vitaok
Or maybe it's not too late to change it?

cheap ceramics in six months becomes "useless" .. everything starts to stick to it

And I would also like to clarify which spatula you used? If the one that came with the kit, then you yourself ruined your cartoon, and bowls for a volume of 4 liters in Russia cost about 800-1000 rubles + shipping .. yeah ... a total of 4 pieces per scarlet ...: g

PySy .. DEAR USERS MB is not a panacea ... it is the MOST ORDINARY POT, which cooks, just like simple pots, only there is no need to "stand by the fire and watch" ... There are NO specific portions to prepare for the dish! Use THAT amount (proportion) of products that you used before. !!!!
Rina
So by the time I read it, our Baker has already intervened.
Why did the coating fly? What is the person's fault for using the STANDARD spoon? Not a single multicooker, not a single instruction says that you cannot use regular spoons. We are so smart here, and this cleverness is based on all the same experience (many housewives spoiled Panasonic pots at the dawn of the multicooker era). I have one suspicion - the coating in the pots at the beginning of use is very weak. But over time (after several heating / cooling cycles) it becomes dense and gains some strength. Those who have used frying pans remember that immediately, even with the most careful use, scratches form. In my Panasonic, the saucepan was damaged during the very first cooking with DRIED BOILED RICE (it remained on the heating, so the bottom layer dried out).

Alas, most likely it will not be possible to prove that it was the regular spoon that damaged the coating. On dry, the coating has a different behavior ... and they are unlikely to cook in a service center (if there is one).
Dear forum users! Situations are different, as well as solutions. A huge request: do not get personal, it is simply not constructive. Aggressiveness will not lead to good either.

Have a nice evening everyone. I bought a multicooker today. In Moscow in M-Video I bake charlotte for 2500 Scarlett SC 411. First I put in a steamer with lemon to remove the smell. everything turned out well. I put a charlotte according to a recipe from a regular book. The scent of plastic wafts through the kitchen. I am worried if it will work out ..... If anyone can tell you the recipes for baking and main courses, I will be grateful. They bought it because of baking (thresholds, cakes and all sorts of sweets for tea and because of meat second courses, since time is running out, and there are three adult men at home)

baking turns out, but it will not jump out of the saucepan as well as in dr MB! Make charlotte (like all other dishes) according to your usual recipe and feel free to load everything into the bowl! There are no "clear proportions"! Here, focus only on your own taste! If you have doubts about the preparation of any dish in CF, then first I recommend that you do it with "half portion".

And further.. please do not use the supplied spoon / spatula .. For CF it is better to use silicone spatulas! Otherwise, you may scratch the bowl!

Thank you very much for your help and advice. I'm still such a "kettle" with a slow cooker. The charlotte was baked perfectly, popped out of the bowl perfectly. I greased the bowl generously with butter before baking. The cake is baked, very tasty. Only the top was not ruddy, and it wasn't an oven either. I'm glad. Yesterday I managed to make pilaf. Delight!!!!!!!

the top of the baked goods in any of the MBs will not be rosy - don't even worry about this! If you want the second side of the pastry to be golden brown, just turn the pastry over to the other side and leave it for another 10 in MV, then the bottom will also be slightly browned!

good evening everyone!
the other day she became the owner of "skarlushi", as you affectionately call her here ... bought in "m-video" ... the set prices of 3900r were of course not worth it, but for a share of 2500 rubles, that's the thing ... because to we have several days to run it in test mode (for defects), then the last few days we have menu exclusively from multi ...
until we moved far from the topic, I note that the "theirs" spatula did not look right to me at once, and although I am not a fan of Teflon (there is simply no Teflon in my kitchen), I immediately threw it out and took a silicone ... the spatula is clearly hard for Teflon and prove damage to the surface by it, I think, will be practically impossible ...
I admit right away that I was very surprised by the taste of what was cooked ... an artificial-plastic one was expected (the experience of cooking in the microwave), but everything turned out to be very, very tasty ... pilaf is even tastier than on the stove I got ...

I didn't have time to take a photo, they ate it quickly ...

from a failed oatmeal (cooked with delay) and charlotte (according to the attached recipe)

if there were no problems with pilaf, soup, then there were problems with pastries and porridge ...

porridge: forty minutes for oatmeal is more than a lot ... I barely found how to REDUCE the cooking time, but this is not a panacea ... the minimum time there is 30 ... and if this is normal for other cereals, then you can not hope for oatmeal in the morning. ..

charlotte: I immediately suspected that 250 gr. There is clearly a lot of flour there ... but since it was the first thing I baked, I did it according to the letter of the recipe ... plus I didn't know that the cake had to be turned over ... in general, what happened, it happened ... I'll try again a little later ...

the disadvantages include the inability to turn off the heating ...the temperature during heating, apparently, is still high and the food either dries out or burns ...

Hello! Recently I became the owner of the Scarlet 411 multicooker, she worked for me for only 4 days and broke (((maybe I did something wrong. I fried onions and carrots for the frying function, it seemed to me that it started to burn and I interfered with a spatula, Saucepan why something is swinging (should it be or should it be normal?). Then I unplugged it from the outlet and when I loaded everything else, I could not turn it on. The control panel did not burn and nothing worked. The day before yesterday I became the happy owner of MB (Scarlett SC-411). A thorny path led to its purchase: from the idea of buying first the expensive Redmond MC-90, then the cheap Swedish Kromax (delivery was offered only in March), through Dobrynya to Scarletka. I really wanted to try all the advantages of cooking in MV, and even get used to it ...
So, the designated MB was bought for a share in M. Video at a price of 2490 rubles.
The first experience - cabbage soup from fresh cabbage. I cooked in 3 stages: first, broth, vegetables were not browned, then vegetables, and at the very end - laid cabbage. Total 2.5 hours. The smell in the kitchen was so inviting. And the taste is wonderful. Cabbage in cabbage soup has never turned out so soft, and potatoes are soft, but not boiled. Five.
On the second day, with great zeal, I took up the preparation of a regular recipe - Royale royally from the Book of Recipes, in full accordance with the 2 hours written on the "Stew" program. Again such an alluring smell, drooling. The elder closed the door to the room to stop the production of gastric juice. A small note - add not 1 glass of water, but less.
For the night I set the pea soup to cook in chicken broth: I fried carrots with onions with the lid open, stirring all the time, added chopped chicken, 3 pcs. diced potatoes, lavrushka, salted, spices and 1 cup of well washed, not soaked dry peas. 2 hours on "Extinguishing", until the morning in "Heating" mode. From the comments - it turned out a little watery, it would be necessary to have more peas. I think 1 more glass. The peas are very boiled, the potatoes are whole cubes (not bad). The inner side of the lid and the rim of the MB are a little splattered. It is very good that there is a moisture accumulator. And the steam release valve is removed and disassembled (which again is good for flushing). Five.
Today in the morning, for the sake of experiment, I cooked semolina porridge for my youngest son - 1/2 ms of semolina, 1 ms of water, 2 ms of milk, salt, sugar to taste. I put it on the "Milk Porridge" mode. After about 7-8 minutes, without leaving, I opened the lid. There was a boiling process. Spatula constantly stirred the porridge, until thickened for 1.5 minutes. Then she turned off the MV and pulled the saucepan out of the MV. I put it on a plate, filled with butter. Without a lump, a little thick, but for an adult fellow, it's normal. Sonulya poured out gratitude. Five.
I’ll think to cook more of this.
ElenkaPR
ElenkaPR, did you just unplug it from the socket or first click on the "disconnect" button Not understanding?
try to check well how the cord is inserted into the multi itself ... I had this, I pushed it badly and the oven did not turn on, I even had time to get scared ... then I moved it well and here and it all worked ...

I fry with the lid open, I interfere with the SILICONE spatula and yes, the pan is spinning ... but stirring (for example meat), in principle, turns out ...Flower Flower Flower Flower
Here I am a kettle (((: (I did not see the "Disconnect" button and turned it off from the outlet, so it broke, probably.
laridanna
And yet, try again to check the correctness, or rather the density, of the cord connections ...
Of course, disconnecting from the outlet is not buzzing, but nevertheless there is d, b, protection against, for example, a sudden power outage in general, which is essentially equivalent to pulling out the cord ...
laridanna
and more ... how much time has passed since the purchase ??? in which store did you buy ??? most likely there is the possibility of a return or warranty repair ...
in any case, even under the most cruel torture with a hot iron, do not admit to anyone else that you pulled the cord from the outlet ... especially if there is no mechanical damage (cracks, chips, scratches, impact marks, etc.) ... "just didn’t start working .. and who knows why? It’s not a woman’s business to understand the technical intricacies (we clap our innocent eyes) "....
lyudo4ka
At first, I turned it off many times, unknowingly, and nothing happened to my multicooker. Maybe there really is something with a cord. Try plugging in the computer cable.

Hello! Yesterday I bought a Scarlett SC 411 Multicooker. I made a charlotte with apples, everything worked out !!! Then I began to cook baked potatoes with mushrooms - according to the recipe it is written to cook on the "Fry" mode - so it works for me for 10 minutes, then it beeps terribly and writes an E2 error, I switch it on, another 10 minutes pass. and the cartoon gives me the same thing ... ((((Tell me, please, is this normal or you need to contact the service center.
Grypana
If the cartoon displays E on the display, this is an emergency. The multicooker does not feel the food, it quickly gained temperature and does not know what to do next.
Did you make baked potatoes with fat? And according to what recipe, from the Scarlet multicooker or according to the recipe from the forum?
ksushka0788
cooked in vegetable oil, just like the recipe book that comes with the cartoon. Works smoothly in other modes
Grypana

Well E is an accident. I didn't understand the cartoon. Either food, or quickly caught up with the temperature, but the program time has not yet been completed. I would try one more time on this program, for example, frying. If it shows E again, I took it to the service.
* Anyuta *
Natasha, I already wrote above about the "Fry" mode in this CF !!! Everything is fried there normally! And not any kind of breakdown ...
Grypana
So ksushka0788 came up with a question about the cartoon showing E2. And E2 for any unit is a brain blowout.
Anyuta, send ksushka0788 to the question on frying to your answer.

With the lid open! When I was cooking, a crust appeared on the potatoes, maybe it just needed to be prevented so that the cartoon would continue to cook ... And I got scared and turned it off

Hello girls!

I also want to buy this miracle for myself, so I came to visit you. Tell me first about the technique - who is Dex from which the saucepan fits? Are there any spare or replacement pots for this multicooker? Well, by function: - does she cook jellied meat and bake bread? I don't need much - 1kg of white bread for two days will suit me. Or do you need a pressure cooker for jellied meat, and a bread maker for bread? And for the pies, you still need an oven.
