Potato soufflé.

Ingredients

potatoes 1 kg
bulbs 3
butter 90 g
greens
fat cottage cheese 250 g
grated cheese 50 g
eggs 3 pcs
salt, black pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Wash the potatoes and boil them in their skins. Charge the onion finely and simmer in 60 grams of butter.
  • Peel the potatoes and mince them. Add onion, cottage cheese, grated cheese, chopped greens to the potatoes, I put the dill, and mix. Then add yolks and salt, pepper. I didn't put pepper either. Beat the whites and mix from bottom to top with the mass.
  • Grease the mold with the remaining oil, put the mass and bake for 45 minutes at 200 C.
