Ingredients

egg 2 pcs.
milk 230 ml
wheat flour 120 g
salt 1/2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Beat the eggs a little (preferably with a whisk), add salt, flour and mix so that there are no lumps. Pour in milk little by little, achieving a homogeneous dough, but do not beat much. Pour the dough into muffin molds, filling up to half, as the dough rises a lot. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees and put the dish on for 15 minutes,
  • then lower the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for another 15-18 minutes.
  • We get these chubby ...
  • Better to treat yourself to hot ones, break the bun and stuff it with whatever you want ...
  • Today I made buns for borscht, so I grated the cheese, added a clove of garlic, herbs and a little sour cream. This is how I stuffed the buns, very tasty!
