Did it for breakfast today. Very quickly and simply, the only thing is that the dough is so liquid that it pointed the whole oven when poured into the molds and pushed the wire rack. So in the morning the smell of burnt milk in the house, like in kindergarten. Next time you need to take a tray or put it in a large silicone mold.
I baked five minutes less, and so they burned slightly in places (although the temperature was the same as in the instructions, I don't know what was the matter).
Also: in my small molds, they went wide, their mother did not worry, but the result was not boxes, but rather flat shells - a hole under the "dome". Filling them is problematic. Probably, in deeper molds it turns out more voluminous.

But again, everyone has their own taste and everyone has the right to cook what he likes.
I won't tell you about storage. We eat it quickly, but I don't see much point in baking.
