Ingredients

Wheat flour 300 grams
Medium bananas 3 pcs.
Fresh eggs 2 pcs.
Brown sugar 1/3 cup (250 ml.)
Liquid honey 1/2 cup
Vegetable oil 1/2 cup
Drinking soda 0.5 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Spices for gingerbread 2 tsp
Butter (vegetable) grease the pan

Cooking method

  • Mix flour with baking soda and baking powder.
  • Peel the bananas, put in a bowl and beat with a blender until puree.
  • Gradually add eggs, sugar, liquid honey, vegetable oil and beat until smooth.
  • Add flour with baking soda and baking powder, spices, beat again with a blender until smooth. The dough has a "pancake-like" consistency.
  • Pour the batter into a pressure cooker pot (grease the inside with oil).
  • Close the lid of the pan, expose BAKING mode, pressure 0, default time 1 hour.
  • Bring the biscuit to readiness, open the pan lid, check the readiness of the biscuit with a knitting needle. I kept the biscuit for another 10 minutes just under the lid, steam it a little.
  • The height of the finished biscuit in the middle is 8 cm!

Thank you so much for the recipe, it turned out even better than expected. I put it up at once 1h10min. In 55min. opened and wiped off the condensation lid, repeated this at the end of the time. And left for another 5min. I poured a little flour on 50 grams, the dough turned out thick and I had to add one egg. The result is in the middle of 9cm. Fully baked. On each layer I applied a simple cream: 50g plums. butter, 80g condensed milk, 1.5 tbsp. l. cocoa.
